Horrible app. They charged me for both the Advanced Plan and the Basic plan after I uninstalled the app. They'll try to scam you out of your money any way they can. Edit: They ignored my requests for a refund for the month's subscription to their Advanced and Basic plan, but contacted me and begged me to remove this review after I left it. They refunded me for the Advanced plan but not the Basic plan, despite the fact that I am not using their service at all. They have since continued to send me email after email asking me to remove my review so that more people will sign up so they can make more money. Enjoy!

I've had a great experience with the free version of the app thus far and I am enjoying the capabilities. I look forward to getting the paid version moving forward!

This is the third loyalty app we've installed and, so far at least, the best. It was easy to set up and our customers haven't had any issues with redeeming rewards. Excellent app, particularly at the price point.

Just have to say I am in love with this loyalty app! I am glad I use this app to help reward my loyal customers while also rewarding new customers. I also want to say thank you for going through my program and checking for mistakes or suggesting things that would make it better! This app is the best! Plus they have amazing customer service!

Easy to use with good service. The free plan has several decent functions. Kat was polite and addressed our questions very promptly.

There are two problems, one big, one Little. The big one is that the app is not mobile friendly. The little one is that i would love to have more freedom on the design. :)

I have a somewhat complicated business model (selling clothing subscription boxes where customers can return what they don't want), and it was hard to find a loyalty program that could meet my needs. While this one doesn't do absolutely EVERYTHING I need it to (because it doesn't integrate with the subscription billing app I use), it comes pretty darn close. AND the customer service team is incredible (thanks Kat!). When I needed the ability to offer partial refunds and therefore rescind partial points, they MADE IT FOR ME. Like, they said "Hang on, we'll build that for you." WHAT? Who does that? They do, and I'm so grateful!

Easy to use and navigate through and the customer service team have been really helpful. This has become an easy way to keep track of my customers and sales all in the one programme and reward them with extra points along the way to encourage them to come back over and over again. Brilliant app.

Customer support is amazing and the app is easy to use. Managing to get all the basics on the free plan and I feel their free plan offers the best out of all the others out there.

I've been using the app for about a week now, and I am thrilled with it! It is SO easy to set up. It has an amazing functionality even at the lower levels. Support is INCREDIBLE - the staff are so helpful and really know their stuff! Most importantly... My customers have responded really positively to it, and it has given me a competitive advantage that the others don't have! :D

Price is a bit high for the advanced feature but great still for the free portion. simple

The more I use this app, the more cool features I find! It's super simple to set up, keeps track of everyone, and allows you to manually adjust points (great for those customers who bought from us right before we installled the loyalty program!) There's also a huge help section that contains tons of articles on "how to", including setting up a permanent page on your site, marketing, etc. Unlike some other apps we've tried, it's not a free trial or severely limited options- you can use this app fully for FREE. There are a few minor things that you get with the paid app, but it's great to have a wonderful loyalty program even when you don't have lots of customers (yet.) I really like this app!! It contained elements that I didn't expect and I think will really help with my marketing. Quite easy to use and setup. I got an email from Kat, who offered to look at how I set up my program and gave me great feed-back and suggestions, free of charge!

Best customer support. Best app for the price. Everything is just amazing. Nothing to point fingers on here. We asked for some extra features and got them a few weeks after, even when they had to coded first. We are more than pleased by Collect's performance, stability and most of all support! Keep up the great work!
