We are a relatively small company and are pleasantly surprised by the functionality of the automated email flows now included with was our Beautiful Loyalty App - now Marsello. We are now able to maintain contact with our customers like the big boys - we just had our first email and received 4 orders while we slept. i had known for awhile this is something we had to do, but i just couldn't get around to doing it. So BAM we now have access to an app that has algorithms that reach out to our customers according to their prior purchasing behavior and generates coupon codes that work automatically with Shopify - I don't have to do anything other than make the email consistent with our brand - AMAZING - LOVE IT!!! IF THERE WAS A 10 START RATING I WOULD GIVE IT.

It was very easy to set up and I loved being able to create my own reward options. Love it so much. Thank you for this wonderful app

Love this app and feel its even better than when i first started using it! Would highly recommend, especially to smaller shops looking to grow.

This is my first time using this app and so far I've been able to get through the suggested options fairly quickly. It's very easy to navigate. I didn't give it 5 Stars just yet because I haven't seen it in action.

it is quick and easy to use and promotes customer loyalty which is excellent. Recommended for those who care to reward their customers loyalty with enticing offers

This is by far the best loyalty app on Shopify. I've tried several of them, and none of them compare to Marsello. The others either look bulky and unprofessional, or they are severely limited on features. Marsello's pricing is very straightforward and fair, and I was able to customize my loyalty program exactly the way I wanted. Their support team is great too. Great loyalty program. After switching from a different website provider with a very poor loyalty program, we've found Marsello really easy to set up and extremely customer friendly.

I use Marsello to help me build my email marketing list and to reward all of my customers with customized discounts. Loved the previous version as well as the new!!!!
