I did a ton of research on loyalty apps on Shopify, including taking the plunge with two others over a period of months. Both turned out to be challenging* or overpriced once additional features (like VIP tiers) were factored in. Marsello was a breath of fresh air. Well-priced, a logical and elegant administrative UX and a rich set of features. Everything worked well and I can't recall a single negative issue. Support was also quick and effective. Highly recommended. *Be careful about how shipping costs are handled (some apps do things in a way that just frustrate customers) and also whether a solution requires switching to another checkout component (this can have serious implications for others apps, like discounts/coupon apps, where conflicts may exist).

An awesome loyalty program with even better support. We use this app for both on-line and Shopify POS orders, the integration into POS is perfect. Setup and administration was are very easy.

These guys keep chopping and changing their plans and prices. Only a couple of months ago when they revamped their offerings their basic plan included all features even the premium features (loyalty tiers etc). Pricing was based on number of members/customers from memory and then you paid as your database grew. They have now gone and copied Smile.io since they recently updated their offerings and pricing structure which, in my opinion, is a far more robust and professional looking loyalty program. For these reasons I am staying with Smile.

I used this app to set up a loyalty program - but it does so much more - automated sales email - abandoned carts - it is GREAT! Worth every penny. I have been using it for a year now and the innovation that has happened with this app during this time have been wonderful - Support is also 5 stars..... highly recommended

I am really just digging into this app but I like how it works so far and they have good customer service.

I have to admit that the app is good, but last week they had a different pricing with a different plans, now they changed their pricing rules, I did't get the chance to install it when the $50 plan was for $9.99

One of the best loyalty app available on shopify. We are using this app from last few months and overall we rate them good.

I have started using this app recently, looks like there bunch of reward programs available to use as a marketing tool to keep the customer's comeback. I find it very useful and developed it very well. I'm giving 4-star only for the reason that for recently I had issues in accessing this app and some security popup otherwise I recommend this app for sure. Keep up the good work guys.

Marvellous customer service. Just ask and they're ready to help. The app is really cool for engaging customers and winning them back.

We have been using this app for a few months to manage our rewards program and send out emails for abandoned carts and lapsed customers. So far it has worked really well. The emails looks great as you can edit them to look and say what you want.

Tried most of the available programs and this gives the best value in my mind. We introduced it 8 months ago and its been great and they continue to improve.

The best loyalty app I've used. Best customer service I have had with fast responses 99% of the time. Always releasing new features like abandoned cart recovery with some cool features that will be sure to win customers back to your site time and time again.
