Really helpful app! I can recommend it to everyone. I think there is still huge potential. I think blocking people to using extra discount codes on top the items from Make an offer can be amazing. Also, to have a bit more visual modification will be great! Overall great app!

Many of our products are restricted by IMAP rules, so we are limited to advertising at the same price as our competitors. Having the option for our customers to make us an offer has been tremendously helpful.

I like this app a lot. There are a few clunky things, but I can get past them for now.

This app is pretty great and for us, it has generated in the first month (trial month) over $5k additional revenue. I don't think of it as a cheap app, I think of it as an app that allows you to connect with customers in a way you usually can't. By opening up the door to hearing from customers their issues with price, you give yourself a chance to have a dialog with the customer. I also love how it has filters so for some products it can accept automatically, and others it counters. Their support team was amazing, and they even added additional functionality for me personally, which was a life saver. To Ivan specifically, I'm thrilled you did what you did, and so quickly too!

Outstanding service and communication from developer. There are some email glitches that we are working on. This is a valuable tool that my website greatly needed. I have had several sales as a result of this app. I am still trying it out, but I am leaning towards keeping it. It's not yet automated so you'll have to create a system for processing the offers. But the offers do come in. I am seeing some degree of customers not following through once the offer is accepted. I am working on a system for that. I absolutely recommend this app. I think that it is going to grow into a phenomenal tool that I will always want to have. Thank you Make an Offer! UPDATE: I left this app for a while because I needed automation. When they became automated they actually cared enough about my business to contact me several times to come back. I did not want to disturb my website, but this weekend I got a new theme and came back to MAO. I am so glad that I did. I was using Pricewaiter and I can tell you that THIS is the better offer app. If you are trying to decide, take it from me. Make an Offer is the one to chose. Better product and customer service that lets you know that this company cares about their customers. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!!

Very helpful app. Announcing a sale, in this case a Moving Sale, really helped kick up interest - and the Make an Offer sale resulted in much greater sales than a year-end sale. I sell skis, and they come in numerous lengths. The app allowed individuals to make purchases without specifying length, which created extra work to resolve. 2018/5/29: The ability to limit the pop up to certain items has proven very useful. I enable the pop up on clearance items, which helps move them, and don't enable it on current items, which preserves pricing and makes my retailers happy.

Great app. My only gripe is that it can over complicate checkout for buyers if they purchase multiple items.

App seems to work well except the branding area - can´t customize it to my shop. I am finding out that customers receive an makeofferapp email, not from my shop ... hence they either don't know what it is or think is spam. The conversion rate for us is not working - we accept offers but so far no sales.

This app has been reliable and helped to increase my sales. The customer support is really good. I had a technical problem just after install but it was corrected within 24 hours and support is good about letting you know that they're received a request for help quickly. They also quickly helped correct an error made by the customer who entered an incorrect email address on her offer so that my responses were not being sent. I would only change a few tiny details about this app, 1) like adding currency formatting to the offer or counteroffer amounts (i.e. $00.00) so that the customers are very clear on what's being offered. 2) Also would love to be able to add quantity so the buyer can offer on more than one at a time. 3) And I would love to be able to require a zip code on the offer submitted by buyer so that I know if I ship to their location before responding.
