This is the first time we actually experienced a considerable uptick in conversion based solely on installing an app. We are in the antique and vintage fields. Making deals is part of it and this app is just perfect for that. Super easy to install and set up with superb support that is not only fast to respond but truly listens to your needs. New features are constantly added and you can ask them about a feature you would like and it will probably be done, within reason. We started with them in February, went through the trial and actually upgraded our plan for a bit more customization. The basic plan is fine too if you are happy with the app's very nice standard layout. And for the price, you can't go wrong! Many thanks to Ivan and the Make an Offer team!

Great app for the money. Especially in vintage retail the ability to haggle and negotiate on price is key. Over 70% of my sales come with some conversation about pricing and this makes that process easier for both myself and the buyer. Great value for me.

Love it for the most part. Wish customers could add other things to their cart, as the app only lets them apply for one type of offer each time, making them have to pay separate shipping each time if they want to accept each offer

www.DIYComfortDepot.com I have been very pleased with this app. The support was great to modify the app to fit our custom theme. The best part is that it produces an email list of very good leads. Our sites average sale is above $4,000.00 which makes a conversion difficult. This app opens the door for communication to my potential customers. We have done over $40,000.00 of revenue with this app on our site. Let me let you know that in an app I am most worried about function over the analytics side. If you want an app that paints a rosy pic of your results you may not find it here. The proof to me is in my bank account so I could care less about the analytics. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who wants a functional and customization solution to capturing the attention of customers. This app was a large part of success in selling a high priced ticket item online! WTG guys!

This is an amazing app if you're selling in a competitive industry, or if you want an opportunity for your customers to engage with your shop. The guys have worked so hard to make it better. I am enjoying it very much lately. The first time I downloaded it was not convinced so I removed it. Looked for other apps, and the rest I found out there were not as friendly use, so I returned. They have made few nice changes to it, very mobile friendly. Top customer service, I needed smth special edited for my site, they were eager to help and done. For the price you pay a month this is a great app. Good job!

I have tried this for a few months now and will be cancelling the app today. While the concept is good, I find it has some further development needed before I would recommend it. The app does only give you the option to exclude items from the feature, it does not allow you to exclude whole brands, categories, price ranges or collections. There also doesn't seem to be an expiration on the offers, or we can't find one. We should be able to determine the period in which a customer can have the accepted offer before it expires. The customer can put in a note when they make offers but the merchant cannot put in a note when they respond which makes it hard to communicate why you may not have accepted that offer. It has become more of a liability not knowing how long the offers sit out there than it is worth.

This app is the best one in my store! It helped to double our revenue and the customers love the feeling of getting a discount.

This app was instrumental in getting some of our products moving. We like the interface and implementation within our Shopify account. Of course, it does lend itself to some lowball offers that come in, but it gives some interesting data on what people are willing to pay for certain items.

Love this App! It has really increased my sales, especially of multiple, high-end items, as everyone wants a better price if they are ordering multiple items. The owners are also very responsive and helpful with any issues or questions.

What a fantastic app. We have picked up so many extra orders because our customers love to get a cheaper deal. It is great for clearing out sale stock. The new features allowing us to accept, reject or counter the offer is so convenient and I use it on my phone.
