I had quite a few customers trying to "game the system" when using this app by entering multiple prices and bogus emails. Also, my conversion rate decreased because of this app since customers have to enter an email and their billing address in order to enter a price.

This is one of the main feature for my website. This helped me to improve lot of traffics. Also this is something unique idea

Highly recommend this app. Pro. you will get a customer who is ready to buy but looking for a deal. Con. You will never go to sell customer at MSRP price.

I really like the new version of this app I am already starting to see conversions after a couple of days...

Completely MISLEADING and dishonest. It's FREE to install then they charge 2%!!!!!! Ridiculous APP. They charge more then a BANK!!!! Be honest with your clients...

This app is really hard to configure and use. Also, it emailed me like 5 times when I installed it. I also didn't like that they had no customer support.

Nice sidebar or windowed offer inputs which are easy to customize and will suit any theme. The team at Make an Offer app is quick to respond and very helpful. I had some difficulty with some html email templates which they initially didn't support out of the box, but they rolled up their sleeves and changed their code to make it happen. Recommended!

Will boost sales! we have been using this app for over a year now and love it. This little app will boost your sales!

Great product wish there was better notification but otherwise love the opportunity it gives us to offer our customers

Brilliant idea for an app! Would love to see this app packed with customization and features for one reasonable price per month. $20 seems steep for what it is, but reasonable for what it does. Any higher a price and it may not be worth it just on principle. That said it is a must have app if you can be a little flexible on price and want an increase in customer communication! So far it has paid for itself and more.

We sell a high end items and usually can give a bit of a discount. This app made it easy and helped us make a lot of sales we would have not otherwise made. Love the new design!

A great app to drive communication with customers. Probably most valuable for high price items where you have enough margin to offer discounts. This gives some price control back to the customer and in our experience creates genuine and reasonable offers in the most part. So all in all a great addition to our site.

Very straight-forward app. It does exactly what its name suggests. The only issue we've ever had with the app is that we are consistently required to login to our Shopify store to accept/reject/counter-offer an offer. Overall, it is an excellent app for minimal monthly investment.
