Love this app for what does, you can't beat it. The heat maps gives me enough data to determine which parts of my site gets the most attention. The data that is gathered can be used to get more sales. Thank you to the team at Lucky Orange!

I use this app to observe and track customer behaviour on my store website. I can then use these observations to refine the customer experience to improve conversions and be more profitable. You can add multiple store on a single account and their customer service team is extremely responsive and helpful.

I've been using the lucky orange app for months. Absolutely love the app and what it does. I had an issue with my previous account and not being able to collect data. I talked with Justin, he helped me figure out the whole issue and get my codes working on my site again. Super fast response time and easy to communicate with. 5/5 all around for the app and customer service!

I haven't had time to delve into all that lucky orange has to offer, but right from the start I found their support to be fabulous, and I'm loving the features it had when I uploaded the app. One happy camper!

Great customer service and very useful app. It has allowed us to understand the journey of our clients on our website and to make changes to assist them in finding what they want easier.

If you are on the fence about which reporting app to leverage for your CRO efforts, try Lucky Orange. It's on the low end for price considering what you get for $10 and in the 7 day free trial you start with, you can gather TONS of data. by the time your free week is up, you won't want to give it up. Great app guys!

Hasn't worked on my system for over a month. I used to like this app....when it worked. No customer service response to my concern. Disappointing.

I am currently using this app to perform analytics on my site. Setup was essentially seamless. The app is very user-friendly too. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND hopping on a short 15 minute call with your account rep to chat about the ins and outs. EXTREMELY HELPFUL! An Awful App. Got charged to upgrade the plan just for staying at the same! support unreachable, weird charges! show everything that wrongs with app's these days! STAY AWAY.

This app is soo great! You can see what your customers are doing on your pages. I needed the support and they helped me out fantastic!

I am very happy with this app. Not only it helps me understand and learn from the customer's behaviors, and so correct mistakes, but their support is amazing. Bradley was great, after sending instructions to complete what I was looking for, and I said that it was a little over my tech knowledge he offered to do it for me, and completed it in less than 5 minutes. Amazing!

So far this app is amazing - i love the fact that i can see what my customers are looking at, and then able to target those specific areas. The live option is amazing as well. the only reason I'm subtracting a star, is because sometimes it doesn't let me know in time that someone is on my site, and the chat is delayed. Causing me to lose the opportunity at speaking to a potential customer. Otherwise, thumbs up UPDATE: soon after i posted this review, a representative contacted me and was very helpful in solving my earlier issues. All is good now, I am officially %100 satisfied.

I love this app to help me understand what potential issues and glitches customers who are browsing my store may be running into, which in turn may hurt my sales. Seeing what glitches there are or why they might not be buying helps me know what I need to change or fix. Great customer service as well.
