I really love this app. This app has been by far the most useful one for me to analyse my customer's behaviour and made necessary changes to optimize the landing pages. Recently, i asked them for support in the form of credit for a month due to the Coronavirus issues and losses. They agreed and helped me by making the app free. I am glad that the developers are so supportive and understanding. More power to them!

Great experience so far with the customer service providing great support during the corona virus pandemic. This app provides insightful tools to see traffic heat maps and screen recordings.

I had to pause my shop because of the Corona virus situation but I didn't want to delete my app that's why I decided to contact the app and their amazing customer support adviced me to gave me 3 months for free because of the current situation. They are amazing. I hightly, highly recommend them. You won't regret!

This app does not work. The support is non existent, has been around 72 hours since I had dropped a query regd the app not showing any data/ not opening up still there is no reply. Please be careful before subscribing to their prepaid plans.

We used this app to gain insights into where we can improve our site and better engage our customers. Their customer support has been great, their product is phenomenal, and we plan on being LuckyOrange customers for a long time. Can't say enough good things about this app!

Great app. Really useful insights. We presumed we designed a super simple site: apparently not. Lucky Orange provided us with some great insights that we are implementing to continue our growth. Highly recommend!

We get a lot of traffic and the ability to segment and look at the traffic through behavior tags/analytics is helpful. Still learning all the features the app has to offer.

So far so good. I was able to use the live view the other day to help a customer who was having an issue checking out. Overall it has been great to use. Excited to look at the data.

All I can say is WOW! Lucky Orange has the analytics I need for my Shopify store and exactly the insights that are needed to thrive and grow your traffic. Understanding through visualization is a key facet to a store. On top of that, they have excellent customer service and go above and beyond to help you succeed! I recommend this app to ALL business owners

Love this app. I had an issue with incorrect pricing being displayed to some customers. Before the trial period of 7 days ended the app helped me identify the operating system and browser that was causing the problem. My website developer then fixed it in less than an hour. Recordings provided by this app is also helping me identify other problems on my site. This app also eliminated the need for a second app for "Chat". On boarding support was also excellent. Thank you Justin and all the developers at Lucky Orange! Great Value.

Great app! Highly recommended application for seeing how customers are using your site. There are lots of super useful features.

Revealed very interesting information. I could see where my visitors tended click, and where they exited my site. Helped me identify good and bad points of my website, so I could improve my conversion rate. Currently on trial but interested in using LuckyOrange further to see how well it does with a lot of traffic!

I think this app is amazing as it truly alllows you to experience your site through the users eyes. We are currently using it on trial, but the clearly presented analysis is much easier to read than google analytics and the user recordings are simply fantastic.
