I have installed the app and asked for help. They were very quick and kind. I had a 15 Minute Personalized Onboarding and they were very open. It's great to use an app with such customer support. This app is a must have if you really want to understand your customer behaviors.

I installed the app but when I click to see the live view, it's not working 8/10 times, only when I click next to it on the play button, but when I go in the list with recordings and press play nothing shows, only a text that says what the costumer was doing but you can't see anything recorded? Does nothing as promised. Or is this like some other apps that make you pay first to see how it works? dissapointed fast response for help, now let's see if something will be fixed, even the ones that stayed several minutes are not playing on desktop, only on Phone it works good;

Really great app to see what customers are doing on our website. We have been using Luck Orange for a few years now and we were able to solve various bottlenecks by looking to see where our customer would get stuck or leave before making a purchase. What's cool is you don't have to watch the users at live speed. You can fast forward to the critical parts you are looking for. This app is a must have to increase conversions and enhance the customer experience by solving problems you don't know exist.

Best app to understand why your customers aren't converting, I thought I had a store with fantastic user experience based on my previous shopify stores, but turns out what I learned so far doesn't apply to all stores... For example, the upsell on my cart's page doesn't show on certain devices unless the user scrolls down (and I wanted it to be visible immediately), another example has to do with older age groups (main audience for one of my stores) as they didn't realize there are more images for the product that they can see by simply swiping left or right, this made them keep on changing the variants to view the product in its other colors (it was a problem with a specific theme, so I added a swipe icon on the first image)... At first I thought their monthly price is not within my budget as I didn't need the app often, so I paid $50 for a limited lifetime deal with some other app, only to realize later on that I use it way more often than I originally thought, AND no one masters the app like Lucky Orange starting with its features, functionality, ease of use, speed, and ending with its super amazing support team. Thank you for such a great app :)

I mean support literally amazing. Helped a lot in this hard situation of covid-19. And app really good change a lot of things in store. Because i can see why people leaving the store without purchase.

I installed Lucky Orange after reading a great review about it. The app and the support team are incredible. It really helped me to have this installed when I launched, as I was able to see how people were navigating my site, where they were leaving, hotspots, possible confusion points, areas of interest and other great details such as what size they selected, but maybe then didn't put into their cart (where abandoned cart data would pick this up). It was really insightful and provided me with a ton of great knowledge on how to improve my website. Thanks for making such a fantastic app!

This app is great to see how people are using your site, verifying where they are coming from and if it is a bot or an actual user. Would highly recommend it. We find it really useful to optimize our site and see where people get held up.

Great app so far. Amazing value for such a simple setup. Mostly using it for monitoring visitor sessions so far, but several other features I plan to take advantage of soon.

Lucky Orange is the most useful app in terms of understanding user experience and customer behavior on your store. They send me a daily recap email of how many people visited the site, how they navigated there, and where they were located geographically. The actual app itself is a lot more detailed, and it provides recordings of your customers navigating the site. I've realized a lot of places people were getting hung up or confused because of these recordings. This is invaluable for fine-tuning my customer experience. I cannot recommend this app enough!

Excellent app to really establish how clients are using your website. It give you a unique opportunity to ''calibrate'' your site in a such way to make it easier for you potential visitors to get the right message and product offering.

It seems to be a practical app with a lot of potential However, I can't evaluate it in such a short time. But even in such a short time, I learned a little more about my potential customers. For example: Why someone hangs on a catalog page instead of clicking on a product page ...

I cant live without this app, it helps you to understand your customers. if they are having problems on your website then you can see that and fix it asap. you can also see how they act and do things to help sales with this info. i cant imagine ill ever get rid of this app, its too useful
