This app is great and has many in-depth features. Jordan went through pretty much every aspect of the platform during our 15 minute personalized onboarding call. VERY BAD SUPPORT. They don't even try to solve the problems in their app ! Really, bad experience with them ! Their competitors are better !! We appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration. We strive to be compatible with as many sites as we can but in some rare cases, there may be an element or area of a website that we are not compatible with. Our developers took a look at your site and determined that you currently use a web component with a shadow root that our system is not currently able to pick up in session recordings. I am addicted to this app. It's so exciting to see the behavior of my customers. However, I've noticed that it doesn't always track all customers because, for example, I have purchases but the app doesn't show it. But otherwise it's a really exciting app. Thank you for your review!
