Our developers appreciated we had the app in place, and I think it made our page design process easier. Well worth connecting this app to learn more about your customer behavior, and we will continue to use as we review the design changes on our store site.

First day in and I'm impressed. Interface is intuitive and lovely, and the support is great. Most importantly, it does exactly what we were hoping it would and more. I can't help smiling watching real customer sessions - so cool!

The app is excellent but I have not yet experienced it's full potential as I am just starting and there is no real traffic yet on the site. But I would like to continue with it going ahead.

I'm at the beginning of my business, only a few sales and that's why I'm on the free plan. I fail to follow the steps of visitors because many records are not visible and I fill the limit with some "visitors" without a second of time visiting the site. I try to delete it regularly, but today I didn't have the chance and when I deleted those "visitors" it doesn't show new visitors, it only offers Upgrade - I don't have money for it at the moment, but when sales start, of course I will be on the plan with a larger number of visitors.

This app is amazing, from the dashboard showing how many users are online to new and returning users. The Visitors tab, which tells you more details about users, how many pages they scrolled, and how much time they spent on your store, also tells you the source from which they came.

Heatmaps are an extremely valuable tool, but our previous heat map partner, HotJar, wasn't user friendly. Our Shopify Rep suggested Lucky Orange, which I found incredibly easy to navigate. I'm most interested in analyzing segmented customer behavior (first time customers vs return customers) to help improve our UX. Looking forward to adding this tool to our tech stack.

I'm not sure whats going on but only a couple of seconds of visitors are being captures on my website, but whenever I try watching my own screenshot it is complete. So am not sure if is because they close my website after just a couple of seconds, or the app is just crashing as soon as visitors try to na navigate and click anything. I haven't seen anyone click anything on my website aside from me and shopify support people
