Almost a "Great" app! It is a very solid 4 stars and offers a decent amount of options. What makes S Loyalty really stand out is the dashboard and ease of use not to mention the customer service which they take very seriously. I will admit I was disappointed to find out that the "Fan Overlay" was removed especially when so many small businesses look to social media to help grow and brand their business. S Loyalty did provide me a response but perhaps S Loyalty will reconsider and add it back as a "Paid Option" to at least give customers the option to use it. If they don't it's a business decision which I get as there are always costs involved. During my initial review I provided some options that I felt would be of great value to both S Loyalty and to us business owners. They quickly got back to me and addressed each of my recommendations with most of them currently in the development stage which would be a huge plus once available. Overall I would recommend this app for those who are looking for a Loyalty program to add to their business.

This App and the team behind it are "The BOMB!" They have bent over backwards to get the whole thing up and running smoothly, helping us migrate points over from our previous platform, and sorting out a tech glitch with Shopify techs, and all with never a hesitation. If you are looking for an App to build customer bonds, and are considering which loyalty app to use, I highly recommend S Loyalty, for both its functionality as well as its outstanding customer service. 5 stars.

Great App. Really helps drive customer loyalty. The app pays for itself with the customers redeeming the points. It also makes your website look and feel professional! I definitely recommend using this program. We have around 8 stores on shopify and they all use SLoyalty Its just like a reward program that major retailers have. The customers can earn points by making purchases or subscribing and use the points to purchase gifts. 5 Star Rating. Also one of the most impressive aspect of this tool is their customer service. I feel there are a few loyalty programs on the shopify app store but this one take the cake because of their superior customer service and understanding.

Very easy to install and have seen significant interest from customers to sign up for coupons. Customer service is also exceptional, thank you Sara and thanks to your team, were quick to respond, understood my business needs and professional.

We've been using S-Loyalty for about a year and have always found it easy to use - from installation to ease of use for customers. Fantastic customer service from the app team, and the improvements lately on the customization are the icing on the cake! My biggest request would be the option to offer shoppers cash back for shares that convert, which is definitely a better incentive than points. That being said, S-Loyalty does what it advertises and then some, thanks to their proactive support team. Nice!

Customer service is great! We have well over 30,000 customers in our Shopify but we don't get that many orders a month. S Loyalty created a custom subscription plan to fit our store's needs. Highly recommend.

We're still new to the app, but the experience launching it was absolutely terrific. Some of the best customer service I've ever received.

Still using the free trial but so far everything is amazing!! Great customer service too.

I have been very impressed with the ease of use of the S Loyalty app. It was easy and quick to set up and has great additional features (refer-a-friend, etc). I was MOST impressed with the one-on-one customer service and help I have received without even asking! They really seem to want to help their customers and provide a very personalized look and feel to the app. LOVE IT

S Loyalty has been working great. I really like the unobtrusive reward tab in the bottom corner of the site. And, I like that I can customize the reward program to fit the feel of our site. I turned off the fan builder because I'm not a big fan of the pop up on the first visit. But, that's just my personal taste.

Excellent app. Very responsive support and they are willing to listen to any feedback. They were also very helpful in changing the widget to match the store theme.

Great app! Customer service is great as well. They will email us when they come out with new features and go above and beyond to implement them on the site for us!

An excellent and easy to set up system. I like th interface. The 14 day trial period is just too short to get a feel if it will work. The problem is that you now have customers wiith an expectation of rewards - but we believe it will work. I like the fact that you can go back and award poits to past customers. It would have been great if you could have sent them an immediate email saying that they have been awarded points. We also received some free support frum the S loyatly team who made our widget look smarter and included our logo in the reward tab - great support and help - Thank you! We have also advertised the programme in a newsletter to customers. We have seen an increase in our online sales and believe it will continue, For us it is now about leveraging the flexibility of the loyalty points system to build a loyal buying customer base.

Sara and the team were quick to respond, understood my business needs and profesional. Would highly recommend this app has made a big difference to my store and business.

Fantastic app! Our account manager Sara proactively looked into our Loyalty program and recommended improvements and upon our approval had the S Loyalty staff implement those improvements for us. They have very quick to respond to my email. They offer alot of features that other Loyalty/Rewards programs in the app store do not.
