I love this app. I was hesitant to try the free trial, but decided to go for it and am I ever glad I did. Within the 14 day trial I scored 200 email sign ups and from that gained 12 orders. My customers are pumped about the rewards points and the cool thing is that you can import orders from before you installed the app so loyal customers get to cash in almost immediately. If you have an online shop you need to get this app!

Needed to change my logo on the app, they did it very speedily, and ensured I had everything I need! The app is a blast to use, and they have great customer support - only thing I wish is that the Gold Features were cheaper (or gold was cheaper) but aside from that it's great using S Loyalty.

Just did a trial of the new APP-could not be easier to install and when I did have some questions, the support team was GREAT! Timely and helpful. Having a rewards/loyalty program is critical in our competitive market. After using the Suite for the trial period, I have signed up for the APP. I have gotten feedback from my customer on how excited they are to get points. AND have see additional business with people using the rewards program and fan building. The Loyalty Suite app is definitely a welcome edition to my store and provides much more value than when the combined apps are purchased separately! The Loyalty Program feature brings my store inline with customer expectations that a store should offer a Rewards Program and also sets it apart from stores in my niche that don't have one, sparking much welcomed repeat business in the process. The Refer-a-Friend feature of the suite is also very user-friendly both on the admin side of the store as well as with what is presented to the customer. I actually even had a minor customer support inquiry that I was happy to have had resolved promptly and effectively (over the holiday at that), which speaks to their great support team. The Fan Builder feature is just as powerful as the Loyalty Program, almost more, and has successfully allowed my brand to see growth in the social media space while at the same time offer my visitors some added incentive (on top of earning rewards points with a purchase) to become customers. All in all, I'm pretty impressed thus far and as I see more sales increase, I'm sure I'd be happy to upgrade from the base $19.99 plan.

Absolutely perfect app for what we are looking for. Does everything we expected. The default Point Bar is a little poor looking but with the option to apply it to anywhere in your site with customizing is a great bonus. Recommend it to everyone looking for a Loyalty Program.

Very easy to use. Great refer a friend features. I would recommend this app! Downsides are the default reward button on your website looks tacky unless you have your web designer customize it. Other downside is the free trial should be 30 days, 14 days isn't enough time to assess the impact on your company.

This has been very helpful tool to create loyalty. Our customers really liked the loyalty program. They were so happy to gain some "Monkey Points" for their past orders too! Also, fan builder is working very well. Our newsletter subscriptions increased rapidly after starting to use this app. We've been looking at other apps like this but this is clearly the most intelligently built app and the programs other than the "refer a friend" tool ended up being the most effective ones. They are also helpful and responsive when I seek for help.

Fabulous app! Tried it for 3 days of the 14 FREE trial and upgraded to the full deal! Great customer service and definitely encourages customers to buy! Must get APP!

We love being able to connect with our customers, offer incentives, and show our appreciation all at the same time. This is the best app for customer loyalty that we have found. The great part about this app is that after logging into their account; the customer is reminded of their point totals automatically. Our previous platform did not offer this functionality which left many rewards points simply unclaimed. Not the case with this app. 5 Stars all the way! ~Selah~
