Easy to implement and adds value for customers. Just wish we could do more customizations to the basic plan rather than going for the premium plans just to do this. Perhaps an option to redeem points for dollar discounts (ie. 15 points = $15 rebate) would be great.

Honestly this app has been a huge addition to our online store. It has allowed our customers to become MUCH more loyal and repeat buyers. Sara has been nothing short of helpful the entire time and has been very quick to respond to all of my emails. I 100% recommend this app to any Shopify store looking to gain loyal, repeat buyers! :)

Easy to use and all my customers love it!

Easy to use program. It would be nice to have easier access to customizations without having to pay the much higher monthly fee. Such features as: change color schemes, link pop-up to newsletter service like Constant Contact or MailChimp, add custom image to pop-up. Other than the lack of custom features, this program does well for a simple rewards/loyalty program that is user friendly for both the store owner and the customers.

Great product, very good for getting new customers and making sure that you keep your best customers! Pricing a bit more than I wanted to spend but not too expensive to stop using the this app

Very good app, easy to use and tutorials available when you are stuck on anything.

Practical app. Definitely a good deal to have the loyalty program and the refre-a-friend all in one. Just a bit disappointed that the Refer-a-friend app doesn't support french language. Except for that, it's a great app!

So far this app has been great! Customers appreciate the opportunity to earn points and redeem as they like from choices. Would like the opportunity to further customize the pop colors or more info on adding the embedded widget - where to add widget code to the theme code. I will probably have to contact my theme developers for this once we have to upgrade.

Fantastic app! Easy to install and get running. I was able to customize the number of points you earn for every dollar spent, which was just what I needed to match the existing program in my bricks-and-mortar store. Looking forward to signing up many more customers!

Really like this app and enjoy using it for a many reasons. It's very easy to setup the terms for my loyalty customers collecting points. Only a few minutes. Also I am seeing my new customers signing up email newsletter. I just run out of my coupon and need to launch new ones for the new visitors! Thanks S loyalty for satisfying my marketing strategy.

This app is hands down one of the most comprehensive and in-depth apps available for shopify. It works seamlessly and generates all the discount codes automatically which saves enormous amounts of time. Installation is a breeze. Does what it sais on the tin. Brilliant.
