Does a great job helping me with tiered wholesale pricing and keeping my customers from being able to see all the different pricing levels.

My shop is a B2B account and I wanted a website that will not show the prices to anyone who was not authorized. This app was recommended by shopify when I asked for help to do that. Instructions seemed pretty straightforward so I tried setting it up myself. I encountered some trouble (I have no coding experience) and reached out to Isaac and Ken for help. They were very quick to respond and set up everything for me. The app is simple - it locks out anything you want hidden- but as I started using it, I realized how powerful and integral it was for any wholesaler on shopify. My website now is capable of showing my product lines to anyone and only show prices to those approved with a wholesale account with my shop, instead of just having to password-protect the entire website and losing prospect clients.

Great app, works just like it says. Even better though is the unwavering support. Isaac has never let me down and continues to go above and beyond to get my shop working again – just an all-round great guy. If you're thinking about getting the app, stop thinking about it and get it, you'll be glad you did!!

I’m so glad I tried this app!! It’s great, and it’s so easy. This is the perfect solution to my ongoing wholesale pricing issues. I’ve also been working on a complete re-do of my site and have a product line I want to retire from retail sales, but which my wholesale customers still want to continue buying. I’ve now set up separate pages for wholesale and will be able to completely remove the retail versions when I’m ready, which enables me to truly start fresh with my new site design which also means it will happen faster now, and my wholesale customers will be happy as well. This app has been great, but more importantly, the support that goes with this app is AMAZING. They've been able to direct me along when I'm so new at shopify, and was able to help me solve my issues very easily, with extra buttons & service on their app. Highly recommend using this app!

Highly recommended! We had a few issues getting things tweaked the way we wanted them to be and Isaac was right there to help us out including adding some extra code for us when the theme wasn't working the way we wanted it too. He was also very patient with us as we learned how to do the locks properly although it is very easy to do once we got the hang of it. Isaac really went above and beyond to make sure his app did what we needed it to do. Great service and great people!

Locksmith is a great app our Wholesale Business. It allows us to restrict the visibility of our product range to account holders only. This app is invaluable to our business model! Also, the level of customer service from Isaac is amazing! Friendly and quick responses, and he even went out of his way to resolve an issue which has been causing me a lot of headache! At the very least, trial this app if it sounds like something you might find useful but I'm pretty sure you'll end up subscribing! ;)

We recently used Locksmith for a big event, and Isaac was so helpful in getting a few tweaks done for everything to work perfectly. And his answers were so quick! I highly recommend the app.

Issac was very fast in responding about this apps functionality and worked with us to make sure it performed exactly how we needed it to. I would definitely recommend this to any wholesaler that needs their prices protected until a customer creates an approved account

Good app, does what its supposed to. I'm not a developer so I don't know what goes into the day to day, but I feel the app is overpriced. Similar apps (those that just add code to your website) are typically around $5 or $6 USD, which seems more reasonable. The reason I gave this 3 stars is because after I stopped using it, it still blocked some of my products. I was driving ads to some of my pens, but the sales just stopped. It took me a while to realize that the app was making it so those products wouldn't show up, even though I cancelled the service and "unlocked" the products. If you just check to make sure your products are appearing you are good to go. Great customer service.

Super happy with how simple locksmith is... and support has been GREAT. Responsive and friendly. This App kills it for creating wholesale vs retail product listings and access... To reiterate many of the reviews below - Great App! Simple, intuitive, and does exactly what you expect of it. Also would add a note on Isaac's customer service. I had a query and within 24 hours there was a step by step how to posted on his site specifically answering my query. I wish everything was this simple... Very Highly Recommended!

The app is amazing, but the customer service is absolutely top-notch. I don't know liquid and I didn't feel comfortable making the changes necessary for us to get the information specific to what we needed on our site. Ken not only made the changes, but went back and forth, helping on the back-end, until it was perfect and exactly what we needed. He was incredibly helpful and so easy to work with.

This idea is awsome I am getting thousands of traffic and with locksmith they have to give my their first and last name and email first before they get on.
