Locksmith is an amazing app. Very easy to use, works perfectly. Well engineered. Reliable. It is a crucial plugin for us that allows us to change our entire website and products for regular customers vs wholesale customers.

Locksmith gave control to lock specific pages. We setup locks so when a customer buys a product it unlocks a page for 48 hours. Perfect for digital streaming! The Locksmith staff were fast to reply to all our questions. Excellent service and features!

Great App & Great Customer Service! Very powerful app - especially in combination with some custom liquid work. We need to show or lock different content depending on customer tag, login, IP range, etc. and Locksmith handles this with ease. Furthermore, Isaac was super friendly and helped me with some customization in order to get the required results. Highly recommended!

Is there 10 stars or more I can give. Isaac and the team are outstanding. They go above and beyond to help. I am very picky about my website and they were able to help me with everything that I asked for. Such customer service in this day and age is unheard of. You guys rock. Keep up the good work. Isaac, I love your app!!! We’ve been working on this project for 2 years and this is the ONLY program that has worked; as needed, as “advertised”, straight “out of the box”, did what it was supposed to do from launch, no trouble, no problems, no hassle. I was shocked I tell you. Shocked! I installed the app, completely prepared to spend the day battling with the software, developing work-arounds, begging-pleading-cajoling-beating it with a stick, to get it to do even a little of what I needed because that is how all the other programs involved with the project have “worked”. I was so surprised with the ease of installation and how smoothly the first lock & key set up went, I had to have my site designer redo my work just in case I did something “wrong”. Joyously, it was not a fluke. Everything was doing its job just as desired. In a state of rapturous disbelief we took the rest of the day off. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! Not only is your app everything it is cracked up to be, the personality that comes through the documentation is wonderfully pleasant and approachable. I’m about to jump in with both feet and your attention to customer service gives me great confidence that if I run into difficulty, help is only an email away. Not very impressed. I had this app installed in order to lock my wholesale section. It worked at first, then locked all my sections. Fixed it, then it happened again. So basically I am losing sales because my whole site has again been locked. Emailed yesterday at 6:00 and have still not heard back.

This app works better than advertised. Lock just about anything. We used it to create a wholesale website by locking out pages we didn't want retail customers to see and vis versa, all based on their customer tags. Might sound complicated but it's very easy

Sooo happy I found this app! It was exactly what I needed to restrict viewing the prices on our store. It's super easy to use and Isaac was incredibly helpful with all of my questions. Best customer service ever!!

This app is doing exactly what we needed. Also, the developers are super helpful and nice! I don't know what we do to mess things up on our end, but they can always fix it and have great timing on getting back to us! I would recommend this to everyone.

Locksmith is the least expensive App we use for our store, but somehow is also the most powerful and useful. The developer actually has respect for his users and provides good documentation so that we can easily implement more advanced features with some simple Liquid, instead of asking for an account so that they can come in and edit our theme files without knowing what they're doing.

Locksmith has fit our variety of needs perfectly, even as a non-profit! Isaac has been incredibly helpful getting it set up just the way we needed it. He responds in a timely fashion and really goes above and beyond. We are SO happy with Locksmith. Thank you!

Does a great job helping me with tiered wholesale pricing and keeping my customers from being able to see all the different pricing levels.

My shop is a B2B account and I wanted a website that will not show the prices to anyone who was not authorized. This app was recommended by shopify when I asked for help to do that. Instructions seemed pretty straightforward so I tried setting it up myself. I encountered some trouble (I have no coding experience) and reached out to Isaac and Ken for help. They were very quick to respond and set up everything for me. The app is simple - it locks out anything you want hidden- but as I started using it, I realized how powerful and integral it was for any wholesaler on shopify. My website now is capable of showing my product lines to anyone and only show prices to those approved with a wholesale account with my shop, instead of just having to password-protect the entire website and losing prospect clients.

Great app, works just like it says. Even better though is the unwavering support. Isaac has never let me down and continues to go above and beyond to get my shop working again – just an all-round great guy. If you're thinking about getting the app, stop thinking about it and get it, you'll be glad you did!!

I’m so glad I tried this app!! It’s great, and it’s so easy. This is the perfect solution to my ongoing wholesale pricing issues. I’ve also been working on a complete re-do of my site and have a product line I want to retire from retail sales, but which my wholesale customers still want to continue buying. I’ve now set up separate pages for wholesale and will be able to completely remove the retail versions when I’m ready, which enables me to truly start fresh with my new site design which also means it will happen faster now, and my wholesale customers will be happy as well. Triple Win. Thanks so much Isaac.

Highly recommended! We had a few issues getting things tweaked the way we wanted them to be and Isaac was right there to help us out including adding some extra code for us when the theme wasn't working the way we wanted it too. He was also very patient with us as we learned how to do the locks properly although it is very easy to do once we got the hang of it. Isaac really went above and beyond to make sure his app did what we needed it to do. Great service and great people!

This app has been great, but more importantly, the support that goes with this app is AMAZING. They've been able to direct me along when I'm so new at shopify, and was able to help me solve my issues very easily, with extra buttons & service on their app. Highly recommend using this app!

Locksmith is a great app our Wholesale Business. It allows us to restrict the visibility of our product range to account holders only. This app is invaluable to our business model! Also, the level of customer service from Isaac is amazing! Friendly and quick responses, and he even went out of his way to resolve an issue which has been causing me a lot of headache! At the very least, trial this app if it sounds like something you might find useful but I'm pretty sure you'll end up subscribing! ;)
