Finding a free cross/up-sell app that was good wasn't easy. When I found LimeSpot I had to try it because my store looked bland and was less convenient without one. The app looks very nice and is very customizable. The support team will quickly help you if there's any problems with it. 5 stars for quality and service.

I cannot recommend this app highly enough !!! It is invaluable. It is extremely helpful and easy to install. It's also customizable. UPDATE (May 2016): A few months after I initially installed Limespot on my website, I needed their support in relation to a new feature they released. They replied in less than 30 minutes from my support request and their help was invaluable. The problem was resolved immediately. Again, THANK YOU LIMESPOT for a super app and an impeccable support service ! 2nd UPDATE (February 2017): Their service rocks ! I had some issues with uninstalling & re-installing and Marc was there for me every step of the way. He took it upon him to correct all issues and went above and beyond my expectations as if this was about his own eshop. Thank you, Marc ! Priceless !!!

They people at LimeSpot have been really helpful and stayed true to their word about not charging until it make you a profit. It a great app to give customers more relevant products to look at and more. I would recommend it to a friend :)

This support from this app is great. They helped me to rework the features on the store, and then when I launched a new theme, they helped me to get it reinstalled and work out some kinks that happened. The support team is always quick to respond and quick to make adjustments where needed.

I liked the app - it allowed me to up-sell and cross-sell products on my store. I tried it for trial period, and got one extra sale because of it! But at that time I had extremely low traffic, so that one sale was extra 20% to my revenue. After trial period ended apps developers even offered me to extend the trial, since my sales have been so low so far. Very glad with the support! :)

Rubbish app. It screws around with your theme big time, and has a handy 'cleanup my theme' button once uninstalled which simply reinstalls the app onto your store without removing any of the code on your theme. This is incredibly misleading. It is also difficult to customise.

The "greatest" app in the world isn't worth a darn thing without good support. Personalizer is clearly a very complex app and what makes it *really* great is the *really* great support. They bend over backwards to address your needs and one time they got something completed for me before I even had the chance to actually ask for it. Great work. Keep it up!

You need to get this app right away! Has one of the smartest recommendation engine, has slick features like "Recently Viewed" and you can do fancy upsell things with this too. Almost like a swiss army knife and even more useful :)

This app is fantastic and the support is even better! Highly recommended.

So far I love this app. The features and the analytics alone are amazing and easy to understand. We haven't made the 3x subscription fee yet, but customer service is amazing and they are really helping us to make sure that things look good, work correctly, and that we are using the tools to the best of our ability to be able to bring in more revenue. They even extended the life of my free trial which, to me, is worth 5 stars on its own - no one does that!
