They are more than an app. They helped me make my site LOOK GREAT!. I'm super happy with the help from this company. I would highly recommend this company because they allow you to share more of your products using a slider. They will surprise you with their customer service. :-)

1st class APP, with a 1st class support team. No waiting around wondering if they will email you back, they even CHECK in! I have used several of the apps that Shopify offers, and WOW the response time on emailing back and willingness to aid a new store owner is OUTSTANDING. I own another business that is very successful and it is all customer service. This new world of apps, seems to lack customers service. Not this APP or it's team. Once we added this app to our store not only is it driving new traffic but the site really POPS. I had no idea that it would do this. I love how it works so well with my store. Our feedback on our site went thru the roof. I didn't use a Shopify Theme, so I was very nervous adding this but I have no REGRETS. You won't either. Thank you LimeSpot for everything. Need an upsell/cross-sell app? Don't look anywhere else as you've found it. If I tell you, I've tested between 10 and 15 different apps and then I clicked on an ad somewhere and this one came up. By far, it's the most comprehensive to set up giving the opportunity set up cross and upsells against any product. I particularly like the feature where the app intelligently knows what's in the cart and automatically offers the customer a related item. It's algorithm keeps a tab on related items, frequently bought together items and even offers personal recommendations based on intelligent targeting. Out of the box, it did need some CSS updating. Within an hour, the support guys had completely adapted it to my site and now it looks so cool. One of the best apps out there. Go for it!

This app is absolutely fantastic. I haven't had this app for long, but my average order literally JUMPED from $30 USD to around $147 USD and I owe it all to Limespot. The staff that manages this app are very friendly and helpful as well. They were able to answer all of my questions, and quickly too! I got a response within 15 minutes. I'm currently on their free plan and still experimenting with all of the capabilities I have yet to explore, but when the free plan expires I will renew on their monthly plan. Seriously, TRY THIS APP OUT and you'll see the difference.

Great app and greater support. I had initially uninstalled the app shortly after trying it because I couldn't make my way around using it. Angus from the support team got in touch with me and meticulously set up everything for free. He also communicated in almost real time. How well Limespot works is yet to be seen but I can already give full marks to the support team of LimeSpot Thank you!
