This app is absolutely fantastic. I haven't had this app for long, but my average order literally JUMPED from $30 USD to around $147 USD and I owe it all to Limespot. The staff that manages this app are very friendly and helpful as well. They were able to answer all of my questions, and quickly too! I got a response within 15 minutes. I'm currently on their free plan and still experimenting with all of the capabilities I have yet to explore, but when the free plan expires I will renew on their monthly plan. Seriously, TRY THIS APP OUT and you'll see the difference.

Need an upsell/cross-sell app? Don't look anywhere else as you've found it. If I tell you, I've tested between 10 and 15 different apps and then I clicked on an ad somewhere and this one came up. By far, it's the most comprehensive to set up giving the opportunity set up cross and upsells against any product. I particularly like the feature where the app intelligently knows what's in the cart and automatically offers the customer a related item. It's algorithm keeps a tab on related items, frequently bought together items and even offers personal recommendations based on intelligent targeting. Out of the box, it did need some CSS updating. Within an hour, the support guys had completely adapted it to my site and now it looks so cool. One of the best apps out there. Go for it!

Love, love, love this app. Easy to install, good support, and so much fun to try different combinations on different pages. Some of the functions (trending, most popular) take a while to gather information, so we left them off for the first months as they weren't truthful, but we have started introducing them now, and they are up-to-date and they definitely encourage people to order from the list. The only thing I feel is missing right now, is some help from Limespot in analysing the information on the dashboard - if most of our sales are coming through 'Recently Viewed', for instance, does that mean we should have that function on more pages, or is it figuring so prominently because it is already on many pages, and maybe we should try something else? I would pay to have someone do an analysis of how we have set the app up....maybe a thought for Limespot's team for the future?

To be honest, I forgot I signed up for a free trial with this app and all of a sudden - my sales were going up. I had no idea why. I thought it was because I started doing Facebook & Instgram ads but when I looked at my referral traffic, it seemed low to translate into that many sales! So I figured I must be mis-reading the data or something must be broken. Now the mystery is solved! This app has had a positive impact on the user experience for my website's visitors and I will 100% be keeping them for this website and my other websites as well! And may I add that Marc was absolutely amazing in guiding me through the portal and explaining everything! A BIG THANK YOU!!

Truly amazing support and GREAT app. They are VERY responsive to questions and support. This app is a must have for any store. It's versatile and has great curb appeal on a site. Wonderful job and once again, best support I've seen in a while.
