If for the support staff only, this app is worth it. It is so nice to have the help when you need it. Michelle particularly was awesome, she optimized everything for me and was very engaging. Very happy with this app.

This app is fantastic. Not only does it do exactly what I need it to, but the support staff is great. Months after installing the app I changed themes and the support staff reinstalled the app, and helped remove a piece of the new theme that I didn't need because their app did a better job doing. Update 6-27-18 The support continues to amaze. Needed an install on a new theme and they set it up perfect.

Michelle assisted me on chat i think she was great. She understood my problem within seconds and BOOM my problem was solved. Nice work MICHELLE keep it up :)

I've tested A LOT of recommendations apps and this is by far the best one on Shopify. There is so much customization that can be achieved and the customer support is out of this world. Within the trial period, I have already made enough sales through the app that cover a month's cost. Also, anytime I've ever had an issue, Michelle has provided me with great support and fixed it right away.

The app works as described. Ran into some issues and Michelle was very quick to respond and resolve the issues. Highly recommend this app!

Love these guys. Tested out a couple product personalization apps. The WYSIWYG settings builder and configuration tool made it super easy to do what we wanted. Plus, when I ran into issues, the support team was more responsive than any other support team I have ever worked with in the Shopify App store. Keep up the great work!

Just downloaded the app. Have no idea if it'll be effective yet or not, but the customer support so far has been outstanding! I had some problems installing, so I emailed them at 7 pm at night and got a reply from Michelle within 5 minutes, and it was all taken care of with 30 minutes! Super impressed - thanks Michelle!
