Great App! It does exactly what it promises. Would give it a 5 star rating if GUI was improved, however this doesn't impact it's performance.

I was quite confused by the mechanics of the app at first, but your support people were very helpful, and their responses were timely. After you guided me through a few things and sending me relevant articles, I now understand much better. In fact I was able to set it up pretty much the way I wanted. You even listened to a suggestion I had for offering discounts right from the upsell items on the cart page. You said you were actually working on that, so bravo!

Incrediblely fast support! I was request to modify app's Ui to match my store's theme and Federick reply & done it in 2 hours!

We've gone through a few up-sell apps in the past. Each not meeting our full expectations. LimeSpot so far has been what we've been looking for because of these reasons: • user friendly interface • outstanding customer support (some of the best I've encountered with a Shopify app) • fits seamlessly with the look and feel of our website • easy to setup • increases revenue One area I'd like to see improvements on is visibility in their reporting. We'd like to have visibility to attribution on the order level. We feel this is especially important as it determines the fees collected for their service.

This team have provided us with some of the most competent, efficient, and courteous customer service we have ever received. The query was dealt with beyond our expectations and they actually resolved our issue with no input on our part. I have loved this app up until the point where the recommendations loaded before our collections distorting our shop view totally. When I contacted the Lime Spot support team about the issue they implemented bugs on my shopify store destroying all links on the product pages including the ADD TO CART button!! Hours spent with Shopify support and 5 days not being able to sell as nobody could use the Add to Cart button.... Still discovering additional damage as they also changed my blog page and you guessed it, none of the links work anymore.... Edit 12 months later: I have upgraded from a previous 1* review to a 3* review for the personal support provided in the last week. The team at Limespot have been responsive and also fixed the last remaining issues implemented on my store 12 months ago and refunded some of the fees paid. These actions were appreciated as a gesture of goodwill and that they are a company which takes responsibility for mistakes made. Ryanna from their team has been especially supportive, thank you! I wished all this would have happened a bit earlier though, a shame really as they seem to be a motivated team!

The best upsell/crosssell app i've seen yet! and i've been through about 3 apps and this is by far the greatest. Not only is the pricing fair, it basically pays for itself and if it doesnt, its free?? like what the heck! why not get this app! The carousel cross sell is beautiful, and the upsell works for Brooklyn slide cart theme. Only criticism i have is that it does not come with discount/offers... Its a total shame as it would make this app by far superior than the rest... and i know its definitely possible, i do hope they make this feature possible soon! This app has been great and has helped toward increasing our monthly sales, along with us putting a much bigger investment into our marketing and getting people to our website. Limespot has been a great tool to have working on our site to regain some of the increased investment in bringing traffic to it. Definitely recommend it and a very fair pricing structure too!

The LimeSpot App is great to get cross sells and up sells. I have claimed around 1/6 revenue from this app! Moreover, the customer service support team is fast and responsive to any question! Thumbs up to them to resolve my queries! Give it a try!

The Limespot app is fantastic. It is easy to use & features-wise, it is head-and-shoulders above the other apps in the category. (We have a good sense of this because we did an RFP and fairly extensive research.) What wasn't apparent during the RFP process was how *excellent* the support would be. I found the Limespot staff to be very competent, flexible with our requests, and very responsive. So far, I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.
