This app guys have injected pixel - 928871153944072 on all of my store that were using this app. I couldn't figure out from where this pixel was coming. However they stated in their policy that they used a FB pixel I think but it is not a good idea at all, hope they will remove it as they claimed recently. On the other hands it is a good app for Recommendations! Try it but be aware!

Michelle has been really helpful in fixing a glitch that caused the recommendation boxes to be pushed up and quickly removed the error messages that showed up on product/collection pages. The Personalizer may not be the easiest to use, but the support team has been great in responding to requests for help!

Excellent app with great, very responsive support. I had an issue involving needing some help with setting up the way our Upsell box presented its variable product information. The issue was resolved within 24 hours (via the help of Michelle on their support team), and it was exactly the way I wanted it. Very helpful. Thank you!

App has no tutorial. Help files are not up-to-date. The support is terrible, never really gives a straightforward answer. The app looks more promising that really is.

Nice looking features on this app. Add a lot the site appearance, works very quickly. Ask Michelle for support, and she answered faster than I do, was helpful.

I've been using this for over a year with great results. I recently changed theme which caused some issues, I sent a support ticket and the guys were all over it and had it fixed in no time. Super product, and super support.
