We used this app to do multiple languages as well as multiple currencies. In trying to get our European store live, if we ran into issues or if I had questions on how to do certain things. LangShop support jumped right in and took care of us to ensure we could get the store live on time. It's a great product with great support!

awful, automatically translated everything in the store, overridden the theme language provided from the developer and replaced it with an awful automatic translation. app shouldn't be in the store at all.

Very bad experience, as after installing the app, customer support asked for staff account to see why the new version is not working, but i found later that a change in the HTML code of the original theme took place, so when i uninstall their app, i found the original theme text is completely flipped, and then i found the piece of code added for this reason, if it is intentionally or not, in all cases they should get my permission for any code change, also when i uninstall the app they should tell me and answer me that they changed the code

Easy app to setup, I choose Italian, French and Spanish and it updated everything for me automatically. Quick, friendly support too.

The price is quite expensive but it's really perfect and working really well. Also translates the check out page what other applications can't really do. You can translate each page as you want, easy to use, and their support is powerful. Would just miss the functionality to translate with the app checkout x is that would be perfect.
