Very useful app. in addition, the customer service is really awesome. You will have to manually translate quite a bit of the text yourself for it to be perfect, but the structure the app offer is great.

This app was a lifesaver for our store - we went through several other apps to translate our products to Russian, but none of them came even close to LangShop. And customer support - so unbelievably good!

(updated after fixing all issues) Hickups on original language when launching the Langshop theme cost some grey hair, but excellent support was there literally all the time helping to fix issues one by one. For its price, app does a lot and is rather easy to use when you get into it. Just a hint: do not work on original language and translations via app at the same time - fully make original first and then only install and start with the app; I've learned this the harder way :D

I have always chosen LangShop for my stores, which already means that the app is very useful and practical. Responsive support and most effective time but still some of my requests remained unsolved and that's unfortunate. An effort should be made in this direction. I reserve the 5th star when a solution to my requests will be found.

Amazing app that translates our whole store into many languages. At first I was a bit confused but with an amazing customer support 24/7 I was able to get an outstanding help with any problem that occurred.

After updating the LangShop app, I found that what I manually edited cannot not be shown correctly in the shop. Then I use the live chat function and Miss Dayana Nezhura just helped a lot! She provided very clear instruction that is easy for me to follow. Luckily with her help, I solved the problem quickly and I can start the summer promotion in my shop immediately ! Thank you so much!!

Langshop translated my webshop automatically and very accurate from english to german. I had some minor problems regarding hardcoded redirects wich switched the language back to english. But nothing was really a problem because the customer support is simply awesome, they fixed everything I told them by email in almost no time. They even helped me out with an adjustment, where they are not even really responsible for. Overall: Great App with an outstanding customer support, definitely worth the money.

I lost my total manual translated German webshop. I started directly a chat and Sergey Kochetov solved it! He was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge of LangShop and Shopify. I can recommend Langshop to everyone.

Superb support. It was difficult to choose from the language app providers, but eventually we made a right choice. Works well with Gempages (needs a bit effort to get going).

its been a fantastic app in helping me translate my store from English to Arabic, its been pretty straight forward and more importantly the Support has been excellent. Any time, any day, they've been quick and knowledgeable.
