We used to love Klaviyo but like all techs these days phone support is obsolete and live chats are being abandoned during critical times. Chatbot assistance sends you into a frustrating loop of never-ending bot questions/answers. Complicated issues cannot be communicated and emails go unanswered. Chat is supposed to be live 9-5 EST but no one is ever available and you're told to just email. Will be looking to switch as the service is no longer top notch. Klaviyo always stood out on top, now they are on the bottom. Cost vs value is just not there.

wat of money i suggest not use this app

I just had the best experience with Klaviyo and specifically their customer service. Alexandria D. was unbelievably helpful. She walked me through troubleshooting with patience and video screensharing too. I was blown away by her kindness and patience. Such a great customer experience!

Tool is good but Klaviyo should solve the t-online.de delivery problem (bounce) finally! The problem has existed for ages and t-online addresses are common in Germany. With other providers, delivery to t-online addresses works!

The Klaviyo team has been great to work with. They've been supportive and responsive to the questions I've had setting up flows with detail instructions and screen shots.

Una vera è propria truffa ho 10k di contatti e ho annullato quest'app dopo un mese visto la sua non funzionalita ed il costo di 150€ mensili in base al numero dei miei account, anche dopo aver disistallato lì'app hanno continuato per 3 mesi a prendere soldi automaticamente dal conto, alle mail nessuna risposta ed in chat mi rispondono dopo aver reinstallato l'app che posso cambiare il mio piano se voglio ma non è possibile emettere rimborsi anche se l'app era disistallata e 0 mail inviate

I’m so glad I chose this app instead of the funny monkey! Oh my God talk about a complete marketing management system! Jesus! I’m sorry I don’t think there’s anything I mean ANY THING they forgot to add to this platform! It’s absolutely ridiculously perfect! It’s brilliant! And the tech support is out of this world! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and lightning fast! They make me want to have dozens of companies just so I can use their platform aaaalllll the time! I have an issue with my Klaviyo and Matt Widders, the support team, is very helpful. He is helping me step by step to fix my issue. This apps are highly recommended.

I've used this app for a long time with my shop but suddenly my products stopped showing in my emails. When I reached out to customer support I was informed that in order to receive support I had to upgrade my plan. I refuse to support a company/app/business that refuses to provide free customer service. Quickly deleted this app from my account and will not be reinstalling.

Fast and risolutive customer service. Easy to build up flows and campaign. The support of Gulden was special.

They disabled my account after 5 minutes of using it. After contacting them, they send me to the Terms of Service when I didn't even have time to make changes to my account

This is less than 1 star I will never use it again I have been designing my campaign the whole day then it sent an empty template to all my customers!!

I can't believe it! My account became inactive within just two days, and it keeps logging me out and crashing while I'm using it. I contacted their support team, but they're blatantly ignoring me. They've read my emails and haven't bothered to reply. Their team is incredibly irresponsible and disrespectful to customers. I am beyond furious! I have received zero assistance, and they are wasting my time. I urgently need this problem resolved, but I'm not getting any help!!!

Great product that makes it easy to keep in touch with my customers. Excellent customer service in my experience.
