Been sending emails with Klaviyo for years and just recently added SMS. Their on-boarding team for SMS was fantastic - thank you Ashley and Savannah! Looking forward to seeing the same great SMS results.

Klaviyo Customer Support is really knowledgeable, very helpful and prompt! I ran into major issues with my flows and dynamic tables. I was very fortunate to talk to Robyn who not only answered all my questions and fixed the issues. Robyn also assisted me in the testing process. In addition, Robyn explained how a lot of things worked and escalated my SMS verification submission to find out the root cause of rejection. Klaviyo is a great tool that has a a bit of a learning curve. I have no experience at this albeit being somewhat tech-savvy. Just nice to know that there is a dedicated support team available for advanced queries where resourcefulness is at the limit and the internet fails to provide a fix for issues.

If you dont have this for your store you are losing money, stop losing money, get Klaviyo.

Their Customer Service is fantastic and there are so many ways to learn new things through their resources and classes. Best email marketing + sms in all of the land!!!!!!! If you don't value your time and don't consider what tomorrow will bring, then this is the best app to start with and see if it works out for you. I began to believe many YouTubers praising this app, but I can confirm that it is completely overrated and a waste of time. After spending hours setting up Klaviyo and enjoying all the features, its number one problem is the delayed email sending. Imagine, after investing hours and sessions in Klaviyo, it fails because of the main issue - sending emails. Go ahead if you really want to play Russian roulette.

WENDY WAS WONDERFUL!!!!

I just want to write an extra recommendation here - not only is Klaviyo a PHENOMENAL, easy to use and learn, super powerful marketing tool with intuitive clean UX, but their CUSTOMER SUPPORT is fantastic. I just got off a chat with someone that went into our site's code and found the bug - on our site - that was interfering iwth the popup. Last night, someone stayed with me for over 2 hours while he coached me through a variety of features I was learning. I feel like this is unheard of these days. Love Klaviyo!

Best support in the game. Klaviyo support is always there, always trying their best to help you out. They're SUPER competent and it feels like you're talking to actual humans rather than robots. The amount of times I got quick help solving my issues is priceless. I cannot praise the support enough, honestly.

Very bad customer service. Even the small Email service providing companies have a live chat option for free plans, but in Klaviyo at least email support isn't available. the free plan only provides 500 monthly email sents and 250 contacts. in the Shopify app store, they've mentioned that they provide 500 contacts,but not true.

One of the best email apps! Support is always fast and spot-on. After being a Mailchimp user for the past 15 years, I'm glad I found Klaviyo

Really appreciat all the support I've received from Klaviyo reps. A feature that would be helpful for users would be to automate turning on/off flows during sale periods so it doesn't have to be manually done at 12am.

Would not recommend. They charge you by profile (email) and do not give you an option to simply delete inactive profiles.
