Dishonest company! They send emails claiming you can adjust your plan (which they auto-upgrade), but it’s a lie. I will open a chargeback with my bank! Do not use their services for emails. They make everything complicated just to take your money. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts, your feedback is vital to our future success. Our support team has responded to your recent ticket and is eager to collaborate with you.

Best emailing tool on the market. Although pretty new to emailing, it was super easy to navigate in the system, set all the flows and campaings. Customer service is great too (I would just switch off Kira, these ai assistants are still more annoying than helping) Thanks so much for your 5 star review! KLAVIYO fungerer meget bra for kundene i nettbutikken min. Foreløpig bruker jeg nyhetsbrev, men tenker også å prøve SMS etterhvert. Det blir til de norske kundene. Jeg har kunder fra hele verden, og det er enkelt å lage segmenter og lister til de ulike kundene. Nå har nyhetsbrev blitt kjekt å lage, og flows fungerer også fint.
