Really easy to use. I just sent my first email to subscribers after watching the tutorials online. Very happy with this app!

Customer service is awful! takes days to reply, unable to screenshare and trouble shoot. They even deleted my customer files with NO way to recover... Sorry wish I could do more was the reply... I would give ZERO stars if possible

So far I'm loving Klaviyo. It's definitely a more integrated and powerful marketing automation than its counterparts. I'm excited to use all the other features available and see how well they will help me manage my store.

This is very good marketing tool. The most complete one I've ever used, and so easy customize everything! Hope i can pay for the upgraded version soon. It's kinda high too my right now. But i liked it at all. Great work

It is extremely powerful and useful. I suppose, by definition, that means it has to be complicated. And it is that. Especially for a newby like me. But with dogged determination comes success and satisfaction.

This app is a must. It is so user friendly. Just launched my first campaign, looking forward to see RESULTS!!

At first I thought the price was high and the number of free contacts was small. But the fact that there is full functionality at all pricing levels makes it even more worthwhile for someone just starting with a small list. I'm blown away by the functionality and when I have the question, "is this possible", so far the answer has been, 'Yes!". So I look forward to moving up the pricing tiers:)

It's pretty damn good! Easy to use, light on the memory and fast as a shark! Definitely recommend it!

Extremely user friendly for a beginner. Having just launched my store in October, being a one man team learning all aspects of the business, Klaviyo is priceless for me.

So far so very good. The app is working flawlessly and doing what it's supposed to do. I'm very happy with Klaviyo right now and still testing it within my store and looks very promising.. Intend to update this review on further testing. Kudos Klaviyo team!!

I use this app for e-mail marketing. It's super helpful for my business. The plans are affordable considering how much quality and info this app brings.

Good: Email templates Flow Automation Coupons Needs more flexible billing on sent email. Number of free emails are 250 and that is very low.

Excellent app. Very easy to use! I set up a really effective email campaing in minutes and this app integrates with Typeform.

J'ai installé l'application KLAVIYO assistée par NATH un coach préféré sur ma boutique, elle est top, rien à reprocher comme application. Pour le débutant, il faut suivre le tuto de NATH comme ça vous ne ferez pas n'importe quoi. Merci

While the functionality, in theory, is excellent as it allows for more sophisticated segmentation and automated flows than most mid tier email platforms will allow, the execution is shaky. The team clearly has an admirable mission in mind yet feels incredibly junior and not too professional. We have encountered numerous hiccups, such as the most recent example: We were unable to send an email blast. After reaching out to support, we received an email stating that there was (an unannounced) scheduled maintenance. When we mentioned that it would have been good practice to alert businesses of this scheduled maintenance in advance, this is the reply we received: "I've shared this feedback with the team and I believe they felt it would have been a smaller or lesser noticed UI experience. Again, we're sorry for the maintenance and inconvenience. If you need anything, please let us know!" Clearly, it is never Klaviyo's fault. They refuse to take responsibility and place the customer at the center of their business model. This is a company run by very talented children who have yet to grow up and understand that fun functionality must be cooked up with one, and only, purpose in mind–serving their clients. Update: I am now taking my business to Omnisend. They provide all the functionality of Klaviyo and more. Moreover, they are customer centric and understand that they are in a service oriented business.

Klaviyo sucks. overpriced. also their previewer has a bug that makes it so the final email does not always match the content you set up. thanks to klaviyo, we sent an email to 5000 subs with half the text in an illegible white font. they denied any fault on their part once escalated even though the previous rep admitted to the issue. AVOID. use another cheaper service, theyre all the same

I love love love this app. I use it to help design my emails and its amazing. everything is pretty much pre-thought out for you. All you do is plug in your pics and words.

Best of all email campaigns for now. Goint to learn it deeper. If you are looking for simplicity & clarity - here it is.
