I wanted to try this app because it integrates with a lot of my other apps that I have... it sucks. You have to log in EVERY SINGLE TIME and recaptcha.. My account got deactivated randomly and haven't heard anything for a week. WTF? It's confusing to use and it takes a lot of time to create a newsletter. I'm switching back over to Seguno.

Pathetic support. Over-priced. No way to cancel the account. I have to place a "cancellation request". And they don't reply to the request for 5 days and charge my card. Even after showing them the charge they have not replied. Worst support ever!

The best email marketing app for Shopify! Anyone leaving a bad review is just in experienced. This app is easy to comprehend, and you can set up any type of email campaign. Also you can intergrate your current shopify email list and send them as many emils as you want. ALso you can customize your emails and make them look very professional. I HIGHLY SUGGEST this app for anyone looking to generate some more income through the backend! You can increase your revenue by up to 20% with email marketing. This app is the perfect choice trust me I have tryed many apps and this one is the best by far. Also many high level internet marketers, and people who own email marketing buisness's use this app. All in all I love it and its free!

Excelent app for marketing and re-marketing, really useful to recover abandened carts and other custumers. The only complain is that it doesn't have chat for tecnical support, and the tutorials not always are user friendly. Excelente aplicación para hacer marketing, remarketing. If you are using this on multiple stores, or doing any sort of switch, reinstallation, it is an absolute nightmare. They have the most counterintuitive design and setup. I don't trust letting them handle thousands of my email list, so would rather pay higher for a better email marketing app

What a waste of time and work!. Sign up forms will not show on internet explorer. Do you know how many people use explorer that won't be able to subscribe? What a big flaw. Not recommended

Fantastic for email marketing and SMS. Great deliverability, love the flows that you can set up. Klaviyo accounts for about 30% of our revenue. The team is also fantastic - they're always looking to improve and actually speak to their customers about what they like, don't like etc. Cannot recommend them enough.

I believed the hype! Shame on you Ezra Firestone - there is really nothing special about Klavyio! - pure marketing BS. They do however think they are very special... I deleted your app from my Shopify store so why did you charge me again? "Removing our app from your Shopify account does not cancel your Klaviyo account. We are a separate platform from Shopify so you must send a cancellation request to us in order to cancel the Klaviyo account". WTF! Klavyio was downloaded through Shopify!!! How is it possible that Shopify have allowed them this lofty station? The last straw was when we reached out to them for the FIRST time with an elementary trigger split issue. After 6 emails we were thinking we'd entered some parallel existence - they just did not want to extend any help, both the Klavyio peeps JOSH + SEAN were really cagey and unwilling to assist us in any meaningful way - well this is what happens when you neglect a paying customer the way you did guys! I suggest you guys get retrained. We are really disgusted by your lack of care and arrogant attitude. Now kindly CANCEL my account. Regards

It's great, very easy to use and set up. The annoying thing is the slow customer service. it takes 24 hours to get a reply. A live chat would give it 5 stars. The training videos are great but just a bit long when you want to just get set up quickly. Overall a great experience so far!

The app seems to be amazing and it has everything I need, but.......Unfortunately, I am not impressed by the level of customer service for new customers with under 500 emails. Its free to use BUT it takes at least 24 hours to receive any help. They rely mostly on training videos and FAQs, but if you need immediate help, this is not the app for you. I don't understand why they don't offer the same level of support for growing business. How do you expect to retain them?

Stay away, unless you want to disrupt your business (not in a good way). Some, not all, of the issues experienced over this past year: unannounced maintenance that disables one from sending or scheduling email campaigns (during busiest and most promotional times of the year–no less!), being disconnected from integrations like Shopify or Loyalty Lion, welcome series flows that mysteriously stop working (and told by the engineers they are looking into it, but may take up to a few weeks to fix), etc. Chat support is all over the place–when you can get someone on the chat (again, many times of the day chat is unavailable... emails get a response after a few days). One chat assures that the issue is fixed; when it turns out that it is not, another chatter blames the first chatter for not fixing it properly and offers a very complicated solution; when the second fix, in turn, does not work then the third chatter blames it on the second... and so it goes. Meanwhile, the issue does not get fixed and lingers. Canceling them took running around in circles. Finally, when threatened with higher action, the cancellation did come through–with a snide note "good luck in your next endeavor." Is this professional? Not. But consistent with Klaviyo's overall attitude. Not sure how long this company will exist... but that should be their problem, not mine.

Stay away. Cost us a ton of money cleaning up after their mess. Customer support is spotty, at best. The IT team is disconnected from their customers, working on stealth pushes and creating havoc that we only found out days later, when we saw issues arise that had never been encountered before. Understandably, this can happen once in a while. But with Klaviyo, this is the norm. Not only not worth their exorbitant monthly fees but will hurt your sales as well.
