Exceptional customer service. Love this app!!! We have worked with other pre-sale apps in the past but this one is the best yet!!! We got our pre-sale launched quickly and it all looks wonderful. So happy :)

Not a fan of the preorder process, it automatically placed the orders after 24 hours. But the app itself is easy to navigate & when I ran into an issue and needed customer service, the employees were of huge help & fixed my issue.

The customer service was very good and prompt and helped me in setting up the app. I am trying the app at the moment and it seems good till now.

Customer support is open Monday to Friday, so I recommend installing it on a weekday, unlike what I did. After exchanging a few screenshots, my issue was fixed; now, it looks and works out great! I highly recommend this app for your PRE-ORDER needs. Thank you!
