First off this is app is FREE!!! As it is free what is better is their service. I am new to shopify and apps and when I needed help to setup preorder I was lucky to chat with LIUBAVA and she was patience and knowledgeable. Super great service for a FREE app. Can not beat the service. Love the app 100%

App with basic functions allows to easily set up pre-order offers. Whatever is not self-explaining will be solved quickly by the excellent support. Highly recommended.

First off, this app is FREE. I've browsed so many preorder apps and they want to charge monthly AND an additional fee when you sell a preorder. I downloaded the Kaktus app and had an issue (on my part, not theirs) and customer service was so quick to help and respond. They helped customize a few things for me so my preorder button would work. I haven't fully used the app yet as far as receiving orders so I can't touch upon that however so far everything other than that is working and the dashboard/edit options are really easy to navigate/self-explanatory. If you have any questions or need help they are great to work with!

It's a basic extension but is very useful. It works well and the features are editable. The "Help Service" for the user it's always available and responsive.

Works well and allowed me to set up and customise my PreOrders. I had an issue with the display of the preorder in the cart but support was super helpful in fixing the issue. It all appears to work fine now.
