Easy to use and helpful customer service available in the early morning. I had trouble at first but Alex explained that once you set up the app, you have to go into the settings and sync the products for it to update on your website. Plus I was able to change it from saying pre-order to say back-order. By far the best low cost back-order app out there.

I was assisted very promptly by Alex who sorted out my problem and assured me that he was there if I needed any further help. I was so grateful he sorted out my problem in seconds.

This app looks great. I didn't understand an aspect of it so used live chat and they talked me through what I needed to do. It all works great now.

Thanx, been looking for this! And OMG, it`s free!!! Really fast answers on the chat, and easy to install! Only minus I can think of is that you have to push the product to see the presale, so a product will still show as sold out untll you push the product.
