Han in the support team was speedy, friendly and helpful. The free version is great. The one thing I would like to see added to the free version is to be able to have multi product reviews and single product reviews enabled at the same time.

The support staff are crazy awesome! I have never been treated with the same level of customer service that I try to bestow upon my own customers. I'm talking about: respect, kindness, courtesy, understanding, and picking up on cues - like someone needs a bit more extra help with an unfamiliar concept or needs a walk-through on something. This delivery of service far outweighs anything else they could provide, even if their app is amazing in comparison to all the others I have tried. I am blown away with how incredible the customer service is - just beyond amazing!

To really get the most out of the functionality go with the Awesome plan - while the free is good the options are too limited to really get the set up you need. Support chat is super responsive and very helpful. Excellent!

I was thinking of using Yotpo. Until I discovered the Judge.me app. Definitely a very good alternative. He never looks for Yotpo. I wish it had "attribute filter" and "smart filter" feature as well.
