I don't like writing reviews, but I had to write one for this plug-in because it deserve it big time. Here what we love and we hope they continue doing, and what we hope they add or work on in the near future: * What we love and please continue doing: 1- Core features work well: displaying reviews in different ways that fits your website with advanced features similar to Amazon reviews. It collects reviews with reliable emails and reasonable emails templates.. etc 2- Solid support, in seconds you will get people respond to you and actually fix things! 3- It has nice add-ons for free, like offering referral rewards and automatically posting reviews to your social media pages. 4- Reasonable monthly subscription fee, no BS. Screw Trustpilot and their crazy subscription fees +$200 for their basic business plan!! What I wish they add and work on: 1- This is a big one: Improve your domain authority! When someone search for our website + adding reviews keyword, your website doesn't show up in first pages! This is not good as the empty and ugly Trustpilot page shows up instead :( 2- Please double down with your referral code widget by making it available/embeddable to our order confirmation email! 3- Continue improve some syncing issues in reviews counting. I specifically see the medals widget has an out-dated number of reviews comparing to the actual reviews we have in our website. I currently have to manually ping your support to sync them which is not pleasant experience. 4- Your UGC Media Grid is good plus, but it has not clear how to set it up, mainly because we can't preview it. I am sure if I contact your support or read articles I might be able to setup. However, you can make it more intuitive by allowing us to preview things within your app, just like the email template builder. Overall I am very pleasant, I wish you the best and I believe you will overtake other bigger similar platforms; however, when you get there, please don't flip on us and starting raising your prices :)
