Stay clear of the Live Chat rep called Dang. He cant understand english and it took me 3 times to explain the troubles I was having with the judge.me app - not good at all!

Best app, even though I'm using the free version it still gives me a lot of room to customize. The customer service is very enthusiastic and patient, especially thanks to "Juan", we spent about 2 hours, in order to solve many problems about the settings, and let the APP run perfectly in my store. (In fact, most of the problems are because I didn't read the setting prompts clearly, it was really troublesome for him, thank you very much)

So easy to install and integrate with my theme! It was really easy to upload existing reviews from a .csv file too! Just wish there was an option to send a reminder to review email as well on the free plan!

Soufiane has been absolutely amazing , really helpful , patient , answer all my questions . I was really struggle with add review on my shop without pictures and even with the instructions was not capable to do it , a bit difficult as I am not a pro . Excellent service :)
