They went above and beyond to help me. I found out that shopifys review app was still appearing on my website despite not having it installed. Apparently, there was garbage coding left over from them and Judgeme got it removed and fixed for me because i was trying for over an hour with no success from shopify themselves.

Customer Service is SPECTACULAR!! A great app with tons of features, I can see why it is so popular on Shopify. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for the customer support alone. We had to manually put togther our reviews since we opened and the team and judge.me could not have been more professional and helpful. in particular Leonardo and Gena were SUPERB in helping me sort out a file upload that was my own mistake. They sorted it and got on with the job. Really appreciate the assistance in getting us going. Edit May 3rd 2022 - special shout out to Mustapha who was really helpful in solving two questions I had. Very professional!

The app is a little intimidating when you first get started but their support is awesome and they are very helpful. once you have everything set up the way you want it, its an awesome app. The support again is amazing!

I use Judge.me for all our stores for over 3 years now. It just works and works well there is no need to pay what others are asking when judge.me does it the same and in many cases better, and its growing to include all sorts of great releases. Trust me, you need it.
