I just started using Judge.me and i am loving it so far. We had issues with importing reviews from our Amazon listing but Fatima was able to help importing the reviews in successfully. She was very helpful.

super helpful getting setup, seems easy enough to just do it, but they came in on the chat and did it for me, so that was even easier lol...Hopeful they can figure out how to collect multiple product reviews on one page/customer portal; I put in the suggestions but I'm putting it here too just cuz I want it and squeaky wheels get the grease right

You can get real time customer services over live chat. They fixed CSS issue and added few custom words for 0 reviewed items in 10 minutes.
