I recommend Judge.me. Very responsive and top notch customer service that always found a solution to my problems. One comment about the video reviews: The fact that you have to post the video review on Youtube to be able to publish it on the store is a huge limitation for the customers. It would be nice if customers could publish their video review by importing it directly from their phone.

I've used many review apps over the years but this one is the best. It just works and any little tweaks the developers are fantastic and very quick to tweak for you. And Omar and Anare were so helpful, nothing was out of the question with my many tweaks! 5 stars! Just an update, I run 4 Shopify sites for various clients and Judge.Me is my go-to review app. Love!

The free tier does exactly what I need and I was able to migrate existing reviews to my new Shopify site. When I had an issue with email verification, tech support was fast and helpful. I look forward to my small biz expanding so I can justify moving to the paid version with even more cool features.

Listen this App Judge-Me is AMAZING. I have had my shopify store since 2015 and I have tried other review apps and this one is by far the best. The price is way lower than yotpo and they will push your reviews to the Google product reviews for Google Shopping. They have a reward coupon if a customer leaves you a review and a referral program so customers will give their friends discount code so you get more business. Also every single time I need help I get it almost instantly. They will resize pictures for you, move review widgets were you want them and help coding and html stuff that I don't know how to do. I know how to sell leggings, not coding! Judge-me app is great and I hope they never change their way of helpings shopify store owners. A huge thank you from me, Pamela at MomMeAndMore Boutique.
