Gena from the customer service chat helped me solve my problem in MINUTES. I will say, not everyone is as pleasant as Gena but the app itself is great and the free version really offers a lot of features.

Integrates with many platforms, easy to use, and if you have issues with installation, layout, etc. contact support and they'll fix it in minutes. Yes, minutes. For example, my widget was giving me a 404 error when I wanted to view the next page of reviews. I wanted there to be a stack vs scroll for their verification icons. Fixed in minutes. The support is outstanding.

When I had an issues setting my site up, with one email Judge.me came to the rescue! Not only once but stated in the communication email, “they are standing by for more questions and directions”, to assist me in setting up my email format. I have never had more patience in a couple company before. Meaning, they didn’t get frustrated with my constant, obvious questions. Lol Thank you Judge.me

So far, so good, support is top-tier the app is affordable and works. I will update here if things go south, but after reviewing everyone's reviews I don't see that happening. They resolved my problems in a few minutes.

There are so many ways to customize your shop reviews, even if you only have the free account. Customer service is really helpful as well. I particularly love the export and import feature for the reviews, I allows me to save so much time. Love the app I never sell the same product twice, and I was having a hard time finding a review app that allows me to put all the reviews on my shop homepage, rather than on a specific product. Judge.me has every sort of customization option possible.

This is the best "customer review" plugin I've used on Shopify so far! It's not just the functionality, it's their efficient customer support that answers questions very quickly! Real-time communication is so much better than email! Thank you so much Ron for all your help! He is very professional.
