As a new user, I was needing some help early on. The online chat help was brilliant. Very quick response, and willing to take all the time I needed. And some very good suggestions. I had some things I really wanted done and we got there quickly. Very patient and attentive and I ended up with great outcome and am very happy.

I have to say I am impressed with this app thus far. Strangely its not just the ease of use but the customer service.... Blown away!! Felix is Awesome. 5 stars i what I'm allowed. Felix deserves 20. It is service like this that makes lifelong customers.

The app downloads fast and the customer service is phenomenal! The app was easy to navigate, But my customer service rep Ben made onboarding fast, educational, and incredibly easy. It's also a tool for getting reviews on your website and sending automated emails. Great product!

Great app, heaps of customisation options, and does everything I need (+ more!). Customer support is also fantastic, very quick and very helpful.

Soufiane has the patience of a saint. Spent over an hour on the live chat helping me get every little nit-picky detail just the way I wanted it. App is top notch and the business model they have chosen is extremely fair giving pretty much everything away completely for free and offering a paid plan mainly to unlock small aesthetic options. That being said I will definitely be signing up!

We've been using 3 different apps to collect, curate and publish reviews in the past due to the limitations of each of them to deliver on all 3 features seamlessly. Judge.me is truly the best solution - it's significantly cheaper than Stamped.IO and Fera, it has unlimited review requests, easily customizable email templates, full flexibility on review curation, easily customizable widget to display then and very user-friendly filtering and search options. Additionally, Hakima was very helpful in terms of supporting us in removing duplicate reviews and other requestions. Thank you!

Started with the basic plan which is sufficient for now. The support staff have been very prompt and helpful since installation, ongoing and today Ron was very helpful in helping me tweak a change. I would recommend this app no problem.

The customer service is 10/10 for this app. I had Gena's help on two of my storefronts and she was more than helpful with all of my requests. She was able to change colors, layouts, design, and more.
