Judge.me is fantastic. You can get customers to do video or photo or text reviews. You can generate a unique incentive for every review. The logic of the application is very sound - kudos to the Devs. UI could improve but Customer Support makes up for it. Honestly the best customer support I've had. Thank you An, Soufian and I imagine whoever else I get to work with on this very intelligent well trained, efficient and helpful customer support. Very impressive company.

The customer service is the BEST! Within seconds of adding the app, support popped up to walk me through the subtle nuances of the install, including the pesky tech stuff that normally kills me. By the time we were done, my email was verified, all suggested changes were made, and Felix had helped me change the colors of the review stars to match my brand.
