Reviews for Judge.me Product Reviews App

I did a LOT of research on review apps before landing on the Judge.Me app, and I'm so thankful I did. It's the best app I've encountered on Shopify in ANY category. You can tell the developers put a lot of effort into the various front-end widgets as well as the back-end settings. Very slick. There were a few things that I was unsure about when going through the settings, so I was very happy that the quality of customer support matched the product. Support responses were timely, detailed, and no matter how many follow-up emails I sent with additional questions, their support team always provided thorough responses. The app does a great job of allowing you to get up and running quickly with the core components, while also giving you the flexibility to extend the core functionality with lots of additional features and integrations. I highly recommend this app.

This is an amazing app. I looked around for product review apps but this one is the best. Besides the team has excellent support. I requested for help and got in a very short period of time. I recommend it 100%.

the automatic import from stamped.io was not entirely smooth but the support was excellent and they retrieved my reviews an allocated them to the correct products in a matter of minutes.

The app is fast to load, the image support is great, the support team is super helpful, I've asked them for help like a zillion times for help and it's all been really fast. So thank you guys!!!

Great support, very easy to use app and it fits all of our needs. Integrates well with other platforms such as Google Shopping etc.

This is a super app. Easy to install and to use. I've tried similar apps, but they weren't intuitive and took too much time to learn how to use. I had a minor issue with the product review widget and Cesar and Louis helped me right away. Can't wait to see more of what this app can do.

Best customer service! I recently changed over our theme and needed help with how Judge.me lived on our home page. I sent an email and got an immediate reply... on a holiday!

So far I used support chat to help me set it up and Cesar was amazingly helpful! I have yet to use it but I will review once in use...

If you're looking for a great reviews app, look no further. I switched from Yotpo and Judge.me is much better, at a fraction of the cost. Their support team has been super responsive with any questions I've had. And no spam emails / calls like I was getting from the Yotpo team! The reviews look great, and now that I'm not limited by a certain number of review requests I can send per month, I'm getting way more.

This app has been great for us, it has been a gamechanger for new customers to see what existing customers are saying about our products. The team at judge.me especially the online chat has been so helpful too!

This App is the best review app on the market, and the customer service people are so great. The Product groups, the all reviews page, the photo reviews and the video reviews are so amazing.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. This is by far the best app, for many reasons, aside from just the reviews function. They have the best service and they are so responsive. I wish I could use this company for all my app needs.
