1.Why are the commenters for each comment the same name, and the name will change, eventually becoming the last customer name for the comment； 2.The comments on the website are very slow, and the comments have not been displayed for three days.

this app makes it very easy to get some reviews in your store. also in the free version it's ok. but the support nails it. never seen better and faster support than these guys do! thanks!
