Great app, great customer service. It really gets you more reviews and is professional. I will be upgrading to the paid plan soon after I get more website traffic. The customer service really is top-notch!

Ok. The app is not perfect. But which one is? Anyway I believe that it will keep getting better every day. But the gold here is customer service. In the end it does not matter what kind of features the app has. Whenever I asked something I need, the guy from customer service either showed me how to do it, or just got it done by coding. Believe me when I say that these chapos really do care about their client and their needs.

Very Functional App. Achieves the same results as a lot of other apps for a fraction of the price. Very easy to set-up. The installation was seamless. Great customer support that responds quickly and makes sure you get the answers you need. Always developing new features too.

I'm currently on the free plan. I am thinking about moving up to the paid plan as the features I want are on the paid plan. So far so good. Its 2am in Brisbane and I'm surprised the help desk got back to me straight away, answered all my questions and helped me with installation. I accidentally imported my reviews twice & they deleted duplicates no problems! Awesome customer service!!!!

We use this app for the review carousel and it works really well. At first, I was so overwhelmed with all of their offerings but the support team has been exceptional and helped a ton! They were quick and wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to help me with my design requests and integration. I spoke with Lam the most and he has been great to work with and very responsive. I would highly recommend this app and their great service!

This is app is the BEST! The amount of features is amazing for the free version, and they do all the coding if you want to change something! I cannot thank you guys enough! I've had this app for months on my 2 shopify stores and it's great.

Customer service is phenomenal - they respond fast and the user guide online is very helpful too. The app is pretty much perfect too and by far the best price for everything you're getting - you can post photos and add custom form fields (height, waist size, etc.). You can add a carousel to the home page. You can do a fair amount of customization for a very decent price.

This is such a fantastic reviews app. Easy to use and intuitive. Amazingly quick, helpful and thorough support from the developers. HIGHLY recommend!
