This app is incredible and the support has been astounding! Whenever I could not figure something out, Support gave me solutions and sometimes in the form of a screen shot. Often they would just go right into the app settings and adjust things for me which saved me time and overwhelm! Within just minutes of activating old orders, we received 4 x 5 star customer reviews.. INCREDIBLE!! And I got email notifications to say such and such has just left a review. I also LOVE that this app sends an automated discount code to the customer (which I created). What a FANTASTIC incentive for them to a) want to leave a 5 star review and b) come back to our store. Really great review app with a lot of options to optimize quality reviews, like custom forms and the review request emails which allow customers to write a review without having to leave their email.

I just migrated from yotpo to judge.me. I was hesitant at first, but it was really easy and the chat assistant at judge.me was SUPER helpful. Yotpo charges $50 a month and caps you at 100 review request per month. Judge.me is $15 with unlimited reviews. Enough said.

I like this review app it is very easy to use and I also like the customer service here. They are very quick to respond to my questions and they're super helpful.

This app is amazing. From staff to the actual app. This app is incredible. Best part is it's free. better then any paid app of the same thing.
