So far I am pretty satisfy with the Free Judge.me apps basic functionality and their supports. Initially I was not sure about their support service team, but after few interacts with them I realize that not only they have a good product but also their support team as good as or may be better than big name companies out there. I am very impressed about their support team. Good work! Keep it up!

In general, the app was easy to set up and use, the templates were good and when I reached out to their Customer Service team they were responsive and very helpful. We ended up switching away from this app to enable us to collect images in the way we wanted, but we are a bit of a unique case. I would say this product would work very well for most stores!

Awesome app. Does everything you need from a review perspective. Seems like it's been around for a long time, so it has configurable settings to customize everything exactly like you want. Also - live support is unbelievable - they even help me customize parts of my store where their widgets show to make it look better.

I tried several review apps before choosing Judge.me which is, to me, the best review app. Very competitive price, you can automatically send several emails to get one review from your customer and it generates a file for Google Shopping.

Stop looking for review apps and sign up for Judge.me already. It is the best, most solid Review app on the market. Tried them all. Using it on multiple sites now. Flawless! I had some issues in my website code preventing the Judge.me app from working. Their support was able to fix this incredibly fast. They have amazing support!

Affordable, super fast customer service. At $15 a month for the full plan this is one of the cheapest review apps on shopify. It also has tons of customization and very fast customer support. My site uses a dark theme which means some of the default font colors were not working. I contacted customer support and they had updated my site within 15 minutes!
