The best reviews app I've integrated in my store so far! Easy functionality for the non tech-savvy and the customer support alone is top notch! I always get an answer in minutes, and sometimes even the CEO steps in to make sure everything is alright. That should tell you the quality of service you're going to get.

I’m testing the free app to gather reviews for my new website. So far I have found this to be a good choice. The customer tech support is 5 stars for sure! I received quick response and resolution to my questions. As my business grows I will most likely upgrade to the paid version. So far so good!!

I can't stress how good this app is and the help it will do for conversions on your store. The customer support is amazing, I got my new theme up but had a problem with this app not showing and they got it up and going in a half hour.

I used this app to import reviews from aliexpress. I highly recommend them, they are very fast, working on weekends, and they solved my issues in a matter of minutes!

I love this app! I had been trying the shopify app and had so many issues! Took all day and finally gave up. Started looking at others and found this one. It literally took ten minutes!! Loved I could change the colors of the stars to fit my theme. Support was great! For some reason the stars weren't showing on my best seller page and they fixed it in minutes! So happy! When I get more sales coming in I will certainly upgrade to paid plan as I love all the features they have. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I'm a free user of this app since my e-commerce store is still very small. But even though I'm a free customer they helped me installing code on gempages (page builder) without any fee or delay. Hopefully my e-commerce store grows and I can transition to a paying customer. Highly recommend. Great customer service and also has all the features you'll need for a reviews widget.

Tried all the review apps out there, this is definitely the best. Free version does basically everything you need. Leon of customer service helped me within 5 minutes when there was an issue showing reviews. 5 stars

So far, so good! Just had custom coding help getting my review widget to look smooth on my page. Went flawlessly. Pancho and I had a good chat, we laughed a little, and then we both went on with our evenings. Now I hope someone soon looks at my lonely "no reviews yet" icon and decides to be the pioneer...

I'm just starting and I am new to e-commerce. I think this app has helped a lot, it is free and customer service is fast and nice I really enjoy that I can customize the reviews and can moderate the imported messages.

I had to remove this app because it took away all my previous Yopto Reviews and I have asked support to put back my reviews.
