This app is proving to be really useful and is generally pretty intuitive to set up. Additionally, the support staff people are something else, solving a problem in just a few minutes. Colour me very impressed.

We use this app on multiple stores and love it! Also, chat support is super fast and they will custom install the app even for the free version.

This app is really amazing when it comes to automating the entire review process and helping you easily manage and organize all your reviews. The only thing it needs is to streamline some of the processes (already wrote the details to the developers) and this would be a perfect 5 star. Edit: so their team reached out to me and actually are putting some thought into my suggestions. Kudos for the responsiveness to client needs!

SO incredible. I tried ALL of the review app with a free option on the list that shuttle will download a CSV file of reviews from Etsy. This one works! NO CODE! I've had an online business for 15 years, on Etsy, and it's great, but it means I have no code experience and I'm terrified to fiddle with code (probably I will learn slowly, but for now just getting my shopify store up and running.) I'm reluctant also to pay for apps, so this and the shuttle app are the only ones I'm paying for so far, but I didn't HAVE to pay for judge.me, it worked without upgrading! Got all my reviews in, AND they are matched to items, AND they've been messaging me and fixing little things like putting the Reviews Title centered on the review page. Small detail but I couldn't fix it myself, and they did it RIGHT AWAY! They also set it up to work with my theme within hours. Amazing service. 5 Stars. I upgraded because I wanted the photo reviews, and I couldn't find one that did it for free. I now have a carousel of reviews on my home page with photos, and photo reviews on my product pages! This is huge because client photos of items shows clients my products are actually as nice as I say they are! Totally worth the $15 monthly fee, especially since I've gotten all my other apps for free (contact form, FAQ page, infinite product options, etc. These don't need to be fancy in my opinion.) For me my priorities are on reviews, so I paid for Shuttle (very cheap like $2/month.) And this Judge.me app. But like I said don't NEED to pay for it to work! I just wanted the photos. Thanks for the amazing service!

Great reviews app and its gree plus you can integrate ali reviews with it too. And the customer support was great, muhammad responded to my request within 10 minutes and sorted out my issue.

We use this app on our website. It is great that it allows our customers to review their purchases which increases our store credibility. This is a great app!

We only just started using the app but so far we've only have great things to say about it. Customer support is amazing and very fast. I'll update the review as we get on but very happy at the moment.
