the interface is slightly confusing to find things but customer service makes up for it. Amazing support and friendly! App works great and seamlessly even though I am not using a standard theme. Very happy customer.

Love this app! I am using the free version, and it has everything I need. I can see myself paying for this once we get more established. I just realized that customers can attach pictures to their reviews! Even better! And the customer service is great so far, for the 2 times I have needed assistance.

Very easy to use and the support team is very quick to answer and solve problem... Gotta some problems to reinstall the app on my new theme and in less than 1 hours the team have install correctly and solve all my problem.

The best part about it is that it does not make you pay for the basic app features and allows you to filter reviews.

This is the best app for the cost you pay. It has some limitations but if you have around 500 orders a month it's the best app by far. I was on Yotpo which costs around $299 for 500 orders and does almost the same as Judgeme. Judgeme costs $15 for the same service! Huge savings. The app staff is the best I have ever encountered and they resolve all issues via email within minutes of sending emails. Leoardo on the support staff is especially helpful. He's resolved about 5 issues of mine in 1 day.

This app offers so much for a good price, I moved over from stamped.io and I'll never look back... Importing reviews was easy, and the support team perfected the install withing an hour.
