Great app with even greater support!

The app most, if not all, of the bells and whistles that a shopify store owner would need. It does more than what you expected too. There are other apps that are much more expensive. This is a reasonable price and not based on sales like other apps. Tech support is much faster than most other developers too. They made a couple of custom but simple tweaks for me too! Great company and app. I have it running on 2 stores now.

I have never used an App like this before and was a little unsure what to do when I loaded it up but Cesar on the help desk chat was so helpful and I highly recommend Judge Me. Looking forward to using them on my webpage. Thanks for all your wonderful help :)

Works well! We wish it would be able to use our brand email template. But the support worked really hard with us to make the Single Review email template be as close to our branding as possible. We are satisfied so far!

Great app! The personal interaction with my customers is crucial. Customer support on app is fast, thorough and helpful. Do it!!!

I read all of the reviews about all of the other app options. I chose JudgeMe because I wanted automated emails to prompt my customers to leave reviews and I wanted their excellent customer service. And I didn't want to pay too much. They imported my reviews for me in 24 hours. Super happy. Love the look on my website also.

5 Star Review! Super Responsive Team. Great help from them as I'm using pagefly for page edits. The page is not a product page and couldn't show reviews at first. They help me in 10 mins and the non-product page showed reviews of a specific product I am editing. Great work.

Works like a charm! All necessarily features are available out-of-the-box, and if you get into troubles, you can count on fast and efficient support. Love it!

I must say that this is the BEST app for the money!!! I have used Yotpo and had a horrible experience then went to Loox earlier this year. I closed my shop down and recently reopened to come back to Loox and found out that they raised all their pricing and now you have to go through support like yotpo. their customer service is in Tel aviv so you will wait 24-48 hours to get support. HORRIBLE! Judge.me is DIFFERENT. Their support is 24/7 !!! and although their support is outside the country as well, they have support in two different countries to meet the needs of ALL time zones in the US! Not to mention, when you send a message vis live chat- they respind in a bout 4 minutes. The only thing is you have to go to their website directly to chat live. You can not chat live to them through Shopify apps like others. so just star tab their support page and you will be good to go! they are SUPER FAST AND HELPFUL!!! ans SOOOO MUCH CHEAPER THAN THE COMPETITION!!!! YOU CANT GO WRONG!!!
