The request was addressed immediately and the issue was solved within 5 mins. I cannot recommend Judge.Me enough for the suite of apps and customer service.

Easy to install, loads of features. Support is really fast and helpfull. Lots to discover as I just installed the app... But already happy!!

I contact the customer care for a little problem with the reviews. They reply in less than 3 minutes and Bilal did a great job!!! Thanks !

You can't go wrong with this review app. Easy to install, and their customer support is beyond phenomenal.

It works very well. Even the free trial gives us reviews day in and day out! We are also thinking to upgrade our trial... Awesome!!

Good customer support. Recommended app . Although i face difficulties on the allignment of the review slot in my product page. Responsive customer support help me to solve it. Very recommend app if you have small budget on review apps!!!

I've only just started using this app and am pretty happy already. Really like how simple it makes things for the customer to add in their review details right from the email. Great customer service as well helping me set up the email flow.

We had some issues with translations - the Czech language is really tricky - and I was really amazed how quickly the problem was solved even we are a small customer now! great job!

Great app! Lots of options to customize. Helpful and lighting fast support :) Easy to customize the design for the widgets. Good layout. Really recommend these for reviews. Also the software is able to send out coupons for rewarding the user. Great and a good upsell option to get more reviews as well. Update - have to say, it has to be the quickest support I have ever experienced. Impressive!
